Harry Simpson was born actually IN the valley. His guides are hand picked for the same reason. We got Jonathan (all to ourselves) and went on the 9.00am tour. The cost was less than others quoted and Jonathan arrived on time: we met outside the visitor's centre in the car park. Don't ask in the shop, what to do, they... More

We found Simpson's on the Navajo Nation Parks web site. I have a bad back and was concerned about riding in the back of an open pickup truck. They promised a front seat and driver who would go slow on the bumps of the dirt road, and they delivered. We got a van all to ourselves with a very good... More

We found this tour agency on-line and they did not disappoint. Our guide, John, was very knowledgeable about Monument Valley and regaled us with tales of his Navajo background. They even let us take our dog with us on the tour. More

We found Simpson's trailhandler Tours at the web and booked online without knowing much about them in advance. We did the 3-hour 'Navajo Loop and Off the Beaten Track' tour, which was really nice. We had the car for ourselves and the guide was cheerful and knew a lot, being born and raised in Monument Valley. The guide even played... More

When my friends from England decided to visit us and wanted to see the West I decided to plan a trip for two weeks to see as much as we could. One of our stops was Monument Valley. It was one of the most amazing experiences of our journey! We chose Simpson's because of their overnight Hogan Tours and their... More

We were referred to Simpson's Trailhandler Tours, Monument Valley, by our AAA agent. Carlos, our Navajo guide, was accommodating, kind, multi-faceted, educated, and added a wonderful dimension to our experience. From beginning to end, we received wonderful customer service from the booking agent and the guide. Carlos is a professional photographer (he took wonderful photos of our environment and of... More

Booked with Simpson's on one of their scheduled tours in advance and had a nice chat and email with the office person, but the guide didn't show up at the hotel. Another of their guides was there for the overnight people and he seemed surprised to find 6 of us waiting there for the sunset tour, texted someone and told... More

Truly our Hogan overnight with Simpson's Trailhandler was the best part of our entire Southwest trip. Our guide, Carlos, made the entire experience unforgettable. Words cannot even express how much of an impact the experience left on us. He shared with us stories, music and views of the valley that made us feel connected to the magical land, more so... More

I had read over the different reviews of the tour companies for Monument Valley and selected Simpsons. One of the deciding factors was their Hogan Stay. I thought it would be an adventurous option, something different. We met Carlos, our guide in the lobby of the View Hotel late in the afternoon. He took us around the valley for a... More

Booked for a sunset and camp trip with my brother and sister earlier in the year, very prompt reply of exactly what the trip included, a sunrise tour with breakfast was also thrown in. Ended up being a quite amazing experience. We were met by Crystalee in the View Hotel lobby and set off on our adventure under a glorious... More
