Franklin doesn't work there anymore! We were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but there was nothing to worry about. We did a 3 hour horseback tour with Michael. I have never been on a horse before and Michael picked the perfect horse for me named Ice. Ice could have done the entire trek without me touching... more

My wife and I took the 2.5 hour private Jeep tour of Monument Valley with Louise as our guide. In the end, we were out for nearly 3 hours and it was great. Louise was knowledgeable and friendly and made the tour very entertaining. She had good advice and suggestions re locations for taking photographs. We really enjoyed having a... more

We took the two-hour horseback tour of Monument Valley. Our guide was rather quite, but did share some features of the different monuments. It was great just being out there on horseback and that close to the monuments. He let us get off and stretch a couple of times, so the trip was really a little over two hours. I... more

We booked to go on a 2 1/2 hour jeep with tour guide through the Valley. The scenery was fantastic and the tour takes you to some areas only accessible by the tours and not suitable for ordinary vehicles. Unfortunately we had the worst tour guides ever by the name of Franklin. Whilst he picked us up on time early... more

We booked the 2 hour horseback ride tour and the 3 hour jeep tour. We had Franklin as our tour guide. The horseback ride itself is a nice way to view parts of Monument Valley. We were advised that our guide would pick us up in the lobby of The View Hotel at 7:45 a.m. At 8:05 a tour guide... more

David was our guide on a sunset cultural highlights tour. There were just the four of us from our family and the tour was awe-inspiring and David's knowledge and historic overview was amazing. We took dozens of pics and will post some later. We were out with David for more than 3 hours and seemed to have Monument Valley to... more

Our family of four took the 2.5 hour Jeep tour into Monument Valley. Our guide was Louise and she was knowledgeable, entertaining, and friendly. I didn't realize that we could have driven into Monument Valley on our own and at first was disappointed that we spent the money but Louise knew so much about all of the monuments and the... more

We booked a Sacred Monument tour of Monument Valley based on the reviews listed here. We requested and had David Clark as our guide. He started out a little quiet but quickly warmed up to us. He was knowledgeable and courteous, told jokes and shared personal stories. Knew the best spots for pictures and was good at taking pictures of... more

As part of our Ruby wedding anniversary celebration, my wife & I wanted our holiday from here in England to the U.S. to be as perfect as possible. Part of our travels included pony trekking in Monument Valley with Sacred Monument Tours and the whole experience was just wonderful. I sorted SM Tours through the web and they handled my... more

My wife and I did the 3 hour jeep tour with Louise as our guide and we were very happy with everything from the booking and reservation right through the tour. Louise was very helpful showing us some outstanding places to shoot dawn photos and seem very knowledgeable about the area and the landmarks. After that, we took the horse... more
