I fully recommend to visit Monument Valley in this way. We took a 3-hour tour of monument valley and the backcountry. You can do the 17-miles yourself but if you do that you are missing simply too much. Our guide, John, told us so many things about the Navajo way of life and the Navajo Nation... And he patiently answered... More

A photographer friend told me to try to access Hunt's Mesa while in MV. We went in blind, reserved a room at the Views Hotel - and went on a trip with this company based on reading past reviews and noticing that the business owner personally replied to reviews - both good and bad. Good business practice. Anyhow, they were... More

We did a private sunrise and a sunset tour with this company. It was a great way to see Monument Valley. Both guides, Ron and Daryl, were excellent and shared their knowledge of the geology and history of the area. The vehicle was very comfortable, well maintained, and immaculately clean. Try the Navajo tea, we really enjoyed it while watching... More

We went on the tour of Monument Valley with Jon who was absolutely super - well spoken, knowledgeable, and gentlemanly. The day was perfect - October 31. He said the skies were as blue as he had ever seen them and took pictures, too. This is definitely the way to see Monument Valley. Don't try to drive it yourself.

I'm probably a tough customer because I want to get my moneys worth. My family took a tour with this company and our guide was a young Navajo woman named Jasinta. I was a little worried about how her driving would be because she looked quite young. She was AWESOME and super funny, she had us laughing the whole tour.... More

We were a group of four who booked this tour in an open vehicle. We had considered a closed venicle but despite a chill wind as we started out we ended up happy with our choice. In a closed vehicle you lose too much of the feel of the place. Our tour guide was Felix who was fantastic. His stories... More

After extensively reviewing all the tour options available, I chose this company, primarily because their pricing for a private tour was the same as tours with 12 or more people! Because of an expected thunderstorm, I changed our tour from afternoon to morning the following day. But when the storm didn't materialize, they were willing and able to quickly change... More

We were very fortunate to have an all day private tour (split between a sunset tour and a morning tour the next day) with John in a Hummer. He took us places we would never have thought to drive even if we could have. John is a traditional Navajo who helps you understand the history, geology, culture and life of... More

I typically lurk here and never write reviews but had to rave about how great our tour was with John. He was not only very friendly and knowledgeable, but great and patient with our talkative little guy. Tourists from other groups came to listen to him talk. Also gave me a few photo tips to make even a bad photographer... More

Why would you want to tour Monument Valley in an open jeep when you can go in comfort in an air conditioned vehicle with Majestic Monument Valley Touring? My husband and I were so pleased with our tour and especially with our tour guide, John. John is extremely knowledgeable about the area and his attention to our needs demonstrated his... More
