We used Majestic Valley Touring with Michael as our guide. Started with the perk of getting picked up personally in the hotel lobby, and then treated to a warm and knowledgeable tour. He was skilled in describing site locations and helping us locate unique formations. So glad we didn't have to take our low-sitting car but the bonus of visiting... More

There are numerous touring companies offering their services at Monument Valley, and I have no doubt they all do an equally fine job of describing the sights and including the history associated with the valley. We selected Majestic Monument Valley Touring Co. based partly on the positive reviews from Tripadvisor. I must admit, I was instantly smitten by the attractive... More

We had a private tour with John in a closed, air conditioned vehicle with plenty of stops. It was a hot day with random showers and we were glad to be with him in his vehicle! This tour is well worth the price. He explained so much and we were never embarassed with the many questions we had. His wealth... More

We got in to Monument valley late and weren't sure if we would be able to book anything for the next day, we were only staying one day.so we called the company and booked the Sunrise Tour. The young lady that helped us I think her name was Rachel was great since I called over 3 times deciding what to... More

Our guide, Hope, was fantastic! We learned a lot that we would not have known driving ourselves through the park. Well worth the cost.

The best investment ever made. The highlight of our 12 day vacation. An unforgetable day in direct communion with God's creation. Thanks to Quanah, our guide. He took great pictures of our family in the best spots. Was knowledgeable, very patient, super nice and responsible. Great driver. The best was when he played the Native American flute for us near... Our guide was excelent. He started our tour on time. We selected an enclosed car, which was a good choice, as the temperature was in the high 90s, and the road has a lot of dust. Our guide was a local Navajo, who knows the valley very well. He took us to many good sites for photography. He showed us... More

My husband and I signed up for a non-private Mystery Valley tour but since it was midweek it ended up just being the 2 of us. Bonus! We had a wonderful Navajo guide (FELIX, highly recommend him!) who was very interesting to talk to and very knowledgeable. Amazing tour of old ruins and ancient Indian petroglyphs, do not leave Monument... More

Monument Valley is breathtaking but you're really missing out if you don't take a tour with these guys. Takes you off the tourist road you can't get to on your own and the insight into the history and culture of the Navajo tribe was so interesting, if you can, take a private tour- we loved it and thank you so... My husband and I took a private 3-hour Mystery Valley tour with our wonderful Navajo guide, John. We sat inside the truck with him, which made for a really interesting, informative tour. He found out that we have an interest in the ancient Anasazi culture, and that we were fine with doing some hiking/climbing to get closer to sites. Some... More
