Our group of 4 had a memorable day touring with Hope in the morning and John in the late afternoon. Taking a guided tour is the only way to see Monument and Mystery Valleys. The guides offer so much background information that without them you would miss so much. Both Hope and John were incredibly knowledgeable and were also able... More

We booked a tour with Vincent the Holy Man - and it was just an amazing experience. He drove us down through the valley, told us stories and shared the spiritual importance of the place to the Navajos. At one point below a huge rock wall he pulled out his little drum and did a small "drum-and-sing" session for us,... More

We did a tour recently with Quannah as our guide and we had a great day. We ended up doing 3 tours in one day - sunrise, teardrop arch and mystery valley tour. Quannah was very friendly and happy to share information about his life and it was also great to hear the stories and history of the area. He... More

Out the front of the Visitors centre of the View hotel we walked down to the tour operators. We were greeted by John, and our 3hr tour was booked for 1pm through Mystery Valley. Payment was easily done by credit card. Our tour can only be described as a spiritual and ancient journey back in time! Our guide John answered... More

We booked an all day private tour, in an enclosed vehicle, with the three of us being a mix of photigrapher and traveller. Quannah picked us up at 6am, and took us to a totally deserted area for the wonderful sunrise, and from there to many sites throughout the valley for five hours. In one location he brought a flute,... More

We had a group of 4 photographers up at 6am for a 4 hour tour of the valley. Our tour guide Quanah did not disappoint. He accommodated our plans and helped us find the best locations. He had coffee ready at the right time, and I was an instant fan of the Navaho Tea. Having an enclosed vehicle to travel... More

We were four photographers looking to see more of Monument Valley then just what the 17 mile loop had to offer. Majestic Monument Valley Touring Co., did not disappoint!! We were very fortunate to have Quanah as our personal guide. Very attentive to our wish list of sites to see, Quanah went above and beyond to make sure we got... More

Oct. 23, 2014 we met Quanah at 6 AM and started our 4 hour tour in a great enclosed vehicle. Quanah was a great tour guide, taking us everywhere we wanted to go and to some other places that few people even know about, based on the lack of foot prints. He gave us Navajo tea and coffee along the... More

Punctual for our sunrise photo tour and very friendly and accommodating of the places we wanted to visit. Quanah was super knowledgeable and took us to the best photo locations. He knew where the iconic images were taken and never hesitated to give us a bit more time for our photos. Simply an outstanding tour. We don't know how it... More

I was recently on a vacation/road trip with my 92 year old mother - which was an adventure in itself. I wanted to find a tour in an enclosed vehicle with a smaller sized group that would be more personal, but still not to pricey. We stayed at the View Hotel and the staff will give you a list of...
