As a senior, the price was $3 and definitely worth a visit. There were sea shell displays, a room of labeled rocks, local memorabilia and Indian artifacts. Unique!

The museum is not big but has a good variety of everything, they have a good collection of rocks of all kinds. A little bit of Lehi history.

Good collection for it's size. Went when a lot of kids were around, interpreters were busy taking care of them.

You will learn about the native American Utah residents, culture, past, etc. in addition to pioneers making their way across the local mountains and desert. Additionally you will get a sense/feel of... More

Went for the night at the museum event. Super crowded but they made it work. Great exhibits and nice displays. Liked the history exhibits from the area in back. My daughter loved it!

I have taken multiple groups of Cub Scouts (age 9) to Hutchings and it has been a huge hit every time. I was always a little surprised at how much the boys loved it, because it's small and there's nothing flashy about it, but I never heard an "I'm bored." There are so many different things to see that I... More

Some of the mineral specimens in the Smithsonian were provided by John Hutchings and he also is credited with the discovery of the Timpinagos Cave. There are wonderful specimens of Aragonite crystals and verasite, a rare exquisit green mineral from a single Utah location. There are also many minerals from outside Utah and other natural history exhibits, including birds and... More
