It is a place to let the kids run wild. Great sand dunes of a very unique color always changing. Don't visit during very hot time of day as you will not be able to walk on the dunes even with shoes on. More

What a great place to see the remains of what was once Lake Bountiful. Kids enjoy being buried in the sand. The sand can be very hot during the heat of the day. More

If you have an ATV or other such vehicle this might be more fun, as it is, if you`re a hiker there`s not much. You can walk out onto the dunes (tallest one is several hundred feet high), but be careful of the ATV`s flying over the dunes - they can`t always see you, nor you them. What a spectacular place to explore, especially at sunset! We slid down the hill, explored around, and climbed back up, all the while enjoying the unique beauty of this place. More

Having traveled in the real Sahara, it was amazing to visit Coral Pink and feel like I was back in Africa! It was lovely! The only problem and reason for a 4 out of 5, was the atv's everywhere. We were lucky as there weren't too many - but honestly, I wish they would be restricted to certain areas. Still,... More

We took a side trip here while staying in Kanab. The drive into the park was as beautiful as the park itself. A charge of $6 is charged to enter the park. We did stop and the overlook and took the hike with the interpretive signs. It was nice but very difficult walking the the sand. We watched the dune... More

To we're staying in a nearby town called Kunab, and one of the staff gave us a tip to visit the sand dunes. Having some time over that afternoon we drove the short way *20 mins I think it was( to arrive at the park enterance. 6 USD for the car! The whole area was visible, meaning you could see... More
