Saw the Little Mermaid July '14 First the backdrop to the stage, fantastic! Second the stage came alive with technical aspects. Third, the actors. Got to see them perform!! Fourth the ambience! Well worth the effort to get to St George and visit a show at the Tuacahn!

The only thing keeping this production from getting national attention is a few hundred thousand dollars to upgrade the aging facility. Top performers, top production values, spectacular energy and outstanding facility for what it is (a fine but aging outdoor amphitheater). Honestly, I expected an amateurish production. This was anything but. The engaging performances from everyone in the cast, the... More

Having never heard of this theater before, we were given great tickets to a show The Wizard of Oz, one evening. The play was wonderful, and all done on a stage , outside, with a back drop of the red rocks. Horses, trucks, lightning, fireworks, aerial entrances & wind were all the real thing!!! After raving to our host, we... More

We saw The Wizard of Oz on July Fourth. The show was a very professional production, and the amphitheater is beautiful. We got our tickets for half-price using a promotion code on FB page of Tuacahn Center for the Arts, so we sat in the front row for about thirty dollars each.

We saw "Wizard of Oz" here in July, 2014. Well worth the price and short drive from St. George to see a professional production in a unique setting. Food purveyors were polite and know how to move a crowd. This place appeals to both theatre snobs and families with children. Would love to visit again.

There is a spiritual quality to this setting. The productions are very professionally done, and I never fail to marvel at the plays which incorporate the stage's water feature. I won't say more for fear of needing a spoiler alert.

I had never forget this year before visiting it. we saw The Wizard of Oz on one night and liked it so much, we returned to see The Little Mermaid the next night. Both plays were truly world-class productions. we can't wait to return next month to see Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat. This experience was well worth the trip... More

We've been to Tuacahn before and are always amazed at the beauty of this venue. We brought our 5 year old to see Wizard of Oz. We were a little concerned because the show didn't start until 8:45 PM (when it was starting to get dark) The adults and little guy thoroughly enjoyed the show. Tuacahn has top shows and... More

Excellent show and atmosphere. Beautiful waterfall and outdoor atmosphere surrounding theater. Beautifully painted steps leading up to the lobby area. Backstage tour before show was great. The Wizard of Oz show was excellent, well performed and very entertaining. Actors/Actresses very friendly and posed for pictures together after show. The pre-show dinner was ok, could use some improvement. Other then that,... More

We purchased tickets for the "Wizard of Oz" and arrived early to check things out. The pre-show was okay, the shops very interesting, and the venue fabulous. There is NOTHING like the Tuacahn Theater for pure grandeur. After an enjoyable and relaxing time, we went in to find our seats. Great seating, good views for all but try to upgrade... More
