I read many reviews about this golf course and because the weather is spring like and the grass is growing, this is a must stop for golfers in the St. George/Hurricane area. The tee shots are wide open except for an occasional bunker in the landing zone of the fairway. The fairways were firm but there was not a lot... More

Always love this course, gives your whole game a check up. Many holes are wide open along with good mix of precision holes to keep you on your toes. Entire course is well kept with great views of surrounding Hurricane.

My view is somewhat jaded as I think that I have never been in as many bunkers as I was at Sand Hollow. The bunkers seemed to be more dirt/gravel than sand and proved difficult in every instance. The course was in good condition and our group was well treated. The club house is very nice.

Was looking forward to playing this course on our recent trip but was extremely disappointed with the course conditions once we started playing. Rock hard tee boxes and fairways (numerous were dried out). Slow and bumpy greens and poorly maintained bunkers. With such a nice clubhouse and some interesting holes on the back nine this course could and should be... More

Played here on a golf trip. Club house was amazing with views to match. Course was in great shape and greens were fast and smooth. Some fairways were dry and they might have been having irrigation issues. Back nine along the canyon was the highlight of my trip.

In terms of public courses, Golfweek ranks Sand Hollow #1 in Utah. It is an incredible track! The front nine is ok but the back nine is one of the best you will ever play. Be prepared to take tons of pictures. Twilight rate is great at around $50 or so. The new clubhouse is amazing and the food is... More

We play the course every year [when we visit St. George area for golf with friends] since it opened [6-7 years] and have always loved it, especially the back nine. This year on St Patty's Day we were somewhat surprised in the course condition which we felt needed a lot of work, especially the fairway grass and putting greens; especially... More

On my way from Vegas, my GPS informed me I was now in mountain time zone and was going from arriving early to missing my tee time. The pro shop was quite helpful in getting me out on the links course, while not charging me for the missed time on the championship course. They even offered to get me out... More

Dont ever play a tournament here. They are highly unorganzized. They do not have any marshalls. And you pay 180$ to get no free lunch with tournament, unorganzed staff, no marshalls to keep tournaments moving at a steady pace or ti make sure people are following rules! What a rip off. 6.5 hours to play 18 holes!! Complete joke. They... More
