I've been exploring the Blanding area for twenty years and I stopped in to this museum for the first time in May of 2015. It was raining heavily and extensively enough to cancel plans A, B, and C. When we arrived, a school group was just beginning their tour and we listened to the very knowledgeable tour guide give an... More

This was a very interesting stop over and very educational. I particularly liked how the museum mapped our evolving understanding of dinosaurs and portrayal of them in film and TV.

very much a surprise for a small town. very well done had some dinosaurs I hadn't seen before. Even children as young as six would find it interesting.

I have to admit that I was skeptical about visiting a dinosaur museum in a small town in a state known for its religious roots. Turns out this museum is based on science and reason, and it was really fun! We were there for about an hour and I highly recommend it as a fun side-trip when in Blanding.

Not as scientific as some would like, but a great local effort and one that does what a good museum should do: engage multiple different levels of education and interest with exhibits from the fun to the complex to the amazing.

We didn't know what to expect as we entered this dinosaur museum, but we were blown away with the craftmanship of the displays, the presentations of current scientific research, and the exciting and engaging atmosphere of this hidden treasure. What a great way to spend a few hours, and so reasonably priced. Do yourself and your kids a favor and... More

This museum is a must see for anyone with kids or even adults with a love of monster movies. There's lots of movie posters and some actual props from classic films. Admission is only $3.50 for adults... Pocket change! And the gift shop is reasonably priced, too.

We saw the museum from the Super 8 parking lot and decided to go. We were impressed with the size of the place and the exhibits they had. We had a good time looking at all of the old movie posters they had. Go see it.

This museum turned out to be so much more than I expected. There were fossils and replicas of fossils. Storyboards told the history of the dinosaurs. There were several I had never heard of. A whole area talked about the many movies that have been made over time that featured dinosaurs to include a film shot. I learned a great... More

We have been several times, usually taking someone new who is visiting. The year we are buying a season pass because the kids enjoy it so much. The cost is very reasonable.
