There are many better places to buy a bonsai at much better prices than this! The grounds are in a pretty location, but the buildings and the displays do not match the setting. We will not bother to stop again.

Very cool place with a variety of bonsai plants. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. One of these days I want to buy one of these fascinating plants. Worth at least a quick stop and walk thru.

The owner is a kind and knowledgeable older man that definitely loves the art of bonsai. He answered all our questions and helped us understand the art of bonsai, particularly in Texas Hill Country. The trees are beautiful, so many different kinds- take your time enjoying the beauty of the art. I don't think I would take small children because... More

Very small and quaint. A nice selection of bonsai specimens. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. Took time to explain the history, technique and origins of bonsai.

The people are very knowledgeable about bonsai trees and have a huge variety in the "museum". They also have a variety for sale at a variety of prices.

My parents and I recently visited the Bonsai Exhibit and it was amazing. There was more bonsai on display here than anything we've ever seen and the hundreds of exhibits and the professional and intelligent demeanor of the owner was refreshing. We highly suggest visiting this exhibit if you are at all interested in horticulture, bonsai, or simply learning something... More

More bonsai on display here than I have seen in some more famous gardens. No pressure to buy; OK to just look.

Sadly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Prices are terribly high, owners are very argumentative. They do have a very nice selection but they act as if these trees are their children and go Into dissertations with you about talking to them and facing them when you talk to them from a certain facing side, it gets ridiculous....
