The museum is small and I had to remind myself it is part of Baylor and not a stand alone. The exhibits (especially the mammoth exhibit) were very well done and interesting. Great place to visit with the kids. We enjoyed the historic western town but wished it was not a static display. More interactivity would enlarge the experience.

My granddaughters really enjoy the museum. Enjoy the special exhibits, such as the trains, dinosaurs, etc., along with the animal, etc exhibits, but are so excited to go upstairs chatting & trying which room to go to first! Often the bubble room or music room are first. The tea party room is always a hit. Of course the turtles, fish,... More

We enjoyed the displays and learning about the history of the area. We felt that it would be more consumer friendly if items displayed had information labels instead of calling a phone number to listen to long winded guide. The interactive screen that one needed to use to figure out what was in the tall cases was no fun at... More

If you have kids they will love the game and exhibit room. Otherwise nothing special. But worth the low entry fee.

We went to the Museum with our entire family, mom, dad, two kids, one teen and the grand parents and we all had an amazing time! The interactive exhibits were fun for all! We loved being a virtual T-Rex! My only complaint would be the animal habitats looked dirty and not taken care of. The fish tanks were full of... More

We visited with an eight year old and she enjoyed the museum with all the hands on activities. I do not think it would have a lot of appeal to the preteen set and up. My favorite part was the cabinet of curiosities.

This museum is mostly dedicated to children, but they always have a traveling exhibit that holds wonders for adults also.

Love this place. So many cool things to see and do. Went with teenagers and even they enjoyed it. Very interactive and educational. Worth the $10 for sure.

This is a really imaginative and high-tech exhibition, with animated life-sized 3D dinosaurs with vocal effects. Lots for children to interact with. We wished we could have spent more time - it could occupy an entire day.
