This museum has something for all ages. We really enjoyed the outdoor historic buildings. Upstairs is mostly for smaller children. Lots of hands on activities. Would go again!

Museum that has enough for the whole family to enjoy. Mammoth exhibit was cool. Upstairs has all hands on things that the family can do. Some live animals native to Texas. Nice and clean and big enough that you do not feel crowded observing exhibits.

My sister and I took our kids here one afternoon and had such a good time. It wasn't crowded, which was nice, and there were lots of things for the kids to do. The girls had fun playing in the pretend garden, grocery store, playing dress up and having a "tea party", playing on giant instruments, etc. The water table... More

Such an awesome place to keep these kids 4 and 6 totally interested! 3 hour visit and we really didn't touch it all. Hope to visit again when they change some of the feature exhibits!

World-class activities for the kids without big crowds. I brought my kids ages 7,4, and 2. We easily stayed 3 hours and didn't want to leave. Make sure to google a coupon for $1 off admission online.

Excellent kids museum. Lots of activities and a special exhibit. Kind of boring for me as 99% of the activities never change, but the kids still like it. I think this and the Cameron Park zoo are my kids favorite places to visit.

This place is worth a visit. They also have a great train exhibit once a year so you can mix two things at once. The kids will have fun and you won't be disappointed here.

Awesome children's museum. Our kids live in Brooklyn NY and take our grandson to some of the best museums in the world. He is 41/2 years old and loved this museum. The exhibits keep the kids busy with not a boring moment in our visit.
