A great place to view a concert

We love going to the Pavillion to hear concerts. Seats are great but we also enjoy sitting on lawn & listening.

I have lived in the area neatly 30 years and only recently attended a concert. The concert seating layout is great. There are a good number of reserved seats. The lawn area is expsndive and well elevatrd to allow everyone a good seat. In the Gulf Coadt area, the idea of sitting outside in the summer conjures visions of mosquito... More

I've had the opportunity to experience many concerts close up and in the uncomfortable seats, standing people, people getting beer, walking back and forth, blocking your view. Here is a secret, buy lawn seats. Don't get there early, wait till later, then buy your $6 seat and no matter how crowded it is, you can find space. The attendants will... More

I feel that my experience here may have been skewed but I will tell my story anyway. We were here for the Dave Matthews Band concert, which is notoriously a big show with loads of people. Well, the city of The Woodlands decided it would be fantastic to also host an Iron Man that same day, oh AND all three... More

We attend 10 or 12 concerts a year at the Pavilon - a mix of pop, rock, and fine arts. All fantastic shows. For arts we have reserved seating, but for pop/rock we sit on the lawn. Lots of free parking. If you have never tried out an event and are near The Woodlands for an event, by all means... More

Had the pleasure of going to see Dave Matthews Band this weekend with my wife, and we had a GREAT time! Being this was my first time to the Pavilion I did not know what to expect, but did hear about the lawn seating. My first thought was that it was going to be flat, and wouldn't be able to... More

This is a nice pavilion for outdoor concerts and is well maintained. Because Houston is known for its heat, I would recommend Spring and Fall Concerts. If you go during the summer months it can be quite miserable until the sun goes down. If there is a band coming to Houston you must see, I would recommend buying seats in... More

We came here for Mayhem Fest 2014 and were not disappointed! The entire festival spread the entire property. They had a stage set up in one of the parking lots and this was the perfect place for it. There were plenty of restrooms for men and women and the entire time we were there (From 12pm to 12am) we didn't... More

It's a great place for attending concerts. The venue employees are very helpful and patient to handle such large number of people.
