The Texarkana Regional Arts Center is located in the historic Federal Building in downtown Texarkana, TX. The building was begun in 1909 and finished in 1911. It's a 3 story building with a lot of interesting architectural detail both inside and outside. When you come in the front door they still have the directory posted for the various federal offices... The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council (TRAHC) which is housed in a 1908 Federal Courthouse Building in Texarkana's Arts District was named Best Art Gallery in 2014 by the readers of the Texas Magazine, CountyLine Magazine, which serves the Upper East Side of Texas.
