still making impressive TX tempranillo! This was our 2d visit, and the tasting room was as lively and happy as the 1st time. Great selection of accessories for sale, esp. oils and dressings. Huge tasting bar and space.

Thank you for visiting us again. It is always wonderful to hear from a fan of Texas Tempranillo. For your next visit you might consider booking a tasting in our Reserve Room, which officially launched just last month. The Reserve Room is open on Saturdays and Sundays, and offers small group tastings of flights of our reserve and estate wines. More

Cecilia shared her passion and knowledge with us in the Reserve room. What an experience. It was intimate with tastings of some awesome Tempranillo and red blends. One of which was the wine commissioned to celebrate the anniversary of George Bush Sr. Presidential inauguration. Band was playing by 1pm and visitors in the main tasting room crowding the bar.

I am glad you took advantage of our Reserve Room tasting experience. Cecilia is a level three sommelier and has studied wine in Burgundy, France. We feel very fortunate to have her as part of our team. I am glad you enjoyed the George Bush Reserve Tempranillo. It has been a privilege to be a part of the celebrations of... More

We visited PC this week. It is goregous! Nathan (I believe that was his name) was great! He taught us a lot about wine production. We don't know much....he introduced us to some new favorites. We even signed up for their wine club! We are looking forward to our first shipment in September! Thanks for the fun afternoon! (We also... More

We really enjoyed the wines here. The GSM and Tempranillos were great red wines. They only had a few vines, like most wineries their grapes were grown elsewhere. But they did have a nice patio and view around.

Thank you very much for visiting. I am glad you enjoyed both the GSM and Tempranillos you tasted. Our estate vineyard is located on Highway 16, just ten miles north of Fredericksburg. There are better soils for growing grapes there than the property near Hwy 290. During harvest it is a short 25 minute drive to bring grapes to be... More

Very nice place to visit. I have traveled to Napa and Washington, so I am sorta a wine snob. Pedernales wines were good enough for me to have difficulty limiting to a few bottles. Take a picnic and enjoy their live music. Definitely will go back.

Must admit I did not taste any of their wines. They want 12.95+tax for tastings with no choices on what you taste. The day I went they were offering 3 whites and 3 reds. I don't drink whites so that meant there were three reds with no choices on my part. There are better choices close at hand such as... More

This is a Beautiful Winery and the wines were quite good overall my only complaint was that they still charge you for you tasting even after spending over $100 on wine, every other winery I had been too waved the fee after making a purchase.

Thank you very much for visiting. I am glad that you enjoyed the wines and the winery facilities. It is correct that we do not waive tasting fees for the purchase of wine. We understand that other wineries may have a different policy. More

We walked over from the Rose Hill Manor and turned in a complimentary wine tasting for a couple glasses of red wine, we then enjoyed the view from the patio along with visiting with fellow travelers. We've decided the next visit to enjoy a glass or two along with some cheese and crackers. The view from the winery patio rivals... More

Beautiful patio. Wines were just OK and the staff was very unfriendly which surprised us as all the other wineries had fabulous staff. In fact acted bored. Limited wine selection. The view is great though for a late afternoon wind down.

We enjoyed the wines and the view. I agree that the fixed tasting limits you quite a bit. At Becker we had many to choose from and I liked that so much more, but there was not a bad wine in the bunch so I can't complain. The view is just fantastic so it would be a waste if you... More
