Visit to the park and LBJ house was worth the time. The state park provide a CD to lead the tour and a $2 admission to the house was most reasonable. National Park Service rangers give a tour of several rooms of the 1960's style house. More

The park is a joint effort between Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and National Park Service. The Texas State Park also contains Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm, which in itself is worth the permit price. Took my parents and they loved it! I learned a lot, too, and actually enjoyed the outing far more than I expected to. If you are in the area and looking to kill a few hours, this is an excellent attraction to check out. More

The park is huge, if you are ready to have a big walk, put on your tennis shoes and pack a bottle of water. Great place to see live animals, the actual Johnson car, his home and even his plane. More

This was a good stop. The farm is nice. In January there isn't as much to see, but it was interesting. The CD tour is good. Maybe I missed it, but t just seemed there wasn't much about his life. More
