My 5 kids are ages 14, 12, 10, 7, and 5. They all love trampoline places and were looking forward to a new experience. They were disappointed at Urban Air in Rockwall because the wasn't a trampoline larger than 6ft x 8ft. Other places we have been had long, wavy trampoline runs that offer more playing options than rectangles. Another... More

I freaking hate dodgeball because I was throwing a ball at kids and what they diside to do is tell the worker or there parents but what they don't know if you play dodgeball they think because there little they don't get hit but overall everything else was excellent!!!

My 10 year-old daughter broke her ankle while playing at Urban Air. She was playing like any other 10 year-old would, but stepped from the padded walkway between the trampolines onto a trampoline that her friend was jumping on. I am sure that kids are hurt in a similar manner on a constant basis. What concerns me deeply is how... More

The place is small, but there is plenty to do and something for kids of all ages, as well as adults if they are interested. There are wall-to-wall trampolines with a foam pit, an area for smaller kids, and a cage for playing dodgeball. My boys, ages 15 and 9, spent almost the entire 2 hours playing ball. They seemed... Just went here for some fun with my 12 & 14 year old boys. Exceptionally friendly staff at the front - waiver process was easy & digital. They even gave Us a little extra time since we arrived between the hours! Very clean, great music, and all around enjoyable day.

My kids love Urban Air. They have gone several times with large groups and have always had a wonderful time. We have been here with parents of younger kids and there is a section just for the little ones to enjoy jumping without the worry of getting bounced around by the bigger kids.

I recently took my children to Urban Air with a groupon I purchased. As I sat there watching my kids jump a Lady Gaga song played, then a religious pop song, then a Florida Georgia line song, then another religious pop song. This "playlist" alternated between popular pop songs and religious pop songs the whole time I was there. I... More

My grandson had his birthday party at Urban Air today. He along with 9 friends enjoyed it tremendously. Everything is provided for the party except the cake. Birthday person gets an Urban Air t-shirt.The bouncing dodge ball pit was the favorite activity. There were many spotters available to keep all areas free of kids not following the rules. Staff was... More

This review is for the new Frisco Location: On a quiet day over the holidays, a group of ten of us went to the new park in Frisco, hoping for a much better experience than we normally have at a competing Plano trampoline park. And we were definitely pleased with the choice! Very friendly staff, staff that actually cared about... More

We went during the preschool age only jump time. It was a lot of fun and parents had fun as well. The two year old with us took a 3 hour nap after that visit. Well worth it!
