We went parasailing and on a dolphin boat tour through Parrot Eyes on SPI. Parasailing was great. Four of us went--two singles and a pair. You take a pontoon out to launch off a big dock in the bay, and you're up in the air before you even have time to get scared. You're only up in the air 8-10...

We went out with Captain Mark Guillot for a half day (afternoon) of bay fishing. We had a great time. Mark was entertaining and a lot of fun, plus we caught a lot of fish. You can bring your own cooler with snacks and drinks. The price was very competitive with other outfitters. Don't forget to get your fishing license...
