We took our five kids, ages 7-15, there and they had a great time. Even the 15 year old didn't complain. Like other reviewers have said, you get four attractions for one ticket; the cave tour, the observation tower, the antigravity house, and the wildlife refuge. The cave is pretty cool and, yea the stairs get steep and there are... More

I have been to Wonder World a few times. The cave tour is always fun. Kids seem to really like it. Granted this is not Disneyland, but a nice commercial free destination. The cave tour is my favorite part. The tour to the top of the tower is funner for kids and likely scary for those afraid of heights. I... More

This place looks like it hasn't been remodeled since the 60's. I thought it was overpriced for the cave. There was mold in the cave and that made my child's allergies go crazy. The steps were really steep and ceiling very low in places. I was shocked to see people bringing babies and toddlers on the tour. They had to... More

We stopped here on our way back home to Dallas from San Antonio. I was thinking of going to the other caverns and animal parks but it was so expensive. I loved how you got 4 attractions here for one ticket. I have seen the other caverns in the area and I knew my kids (3,5,9) would have a hard... More

We live in San Antonio and decided to take a trip a couple hours up I35 to San Marcos to visit Wonder World. I had not visited the park for 34 years and my daughter and wife have never visited. My son said he had been through the cave. We printed the $3 off coupon from the Wonder World website... More

We went this weekend, taking advantage of good weather here in central Texas. We had a great time, loved the caves and the tower, the antigravity room and the wildlife exhibit. That being said, it was $40 for myself and a child, and that's about $20 too much, in my opinion. My daughter loved feeding the deer from the train.... More

We went with our kids 2 and 4 it was very hard to get around in there with them. It has alot of steep and narrow areas to climb. But it was pretty cool.

Went as just my husband and I for a spur of the moment thing. I thought it was great. Had never been to a cave before so this was a great one to start with since you can touch the walls. The tourguide had a lot of good information and facts. She was very knowledgeable about everything in the park... More

Our visit to Wonder World Park was our first caving experience. It was a compromise between my husband (who wanted to jump right into spelunking) and myself (who didn't feel the need to limbo under ledges or squeeze myself between boulders just yet.) Wonder World is a guided tour that involves very little cave knowledge or physical agility. There are... More

The place was run down. Train ride was 15 minutes through a nasty area that contained only deer and goats (wow)! The gravity house was merely a shack built on a 30 degree angle which throws off your equilibrium, The 10 minutes we were allowed in there was however the most entertaining of the entire tour. The cave was 45... More
