This beach is very clean and well maintained. It has some covered picnic tables, a nice playground and is near the Rockport Aquarium.

Came here with our two little dogs to check out the beach. The public access area is small but user friendly. You can pay $5.00 to get access to the more private area, which is larger. Don't expect a white sandy beach like Padre because it is not. Kids will still enjoy it!

We took our 9 month old grandson to the small playground at the beach. It was his first time in a baby swing and being held in a regular swing. Such joy! He is not old enougj for the slide or pirate ship.

One of the best beaches on the Gulf coast. You can walk out perhaps 500 to 1000 ft and not be over your head.

Nice town to visit most of town friendly. New hotel Fairfield being built and have a Hampton Inn. Good HEB grocery store. They let you drive golf carts in town. Live it.

We love the beach so much we go at least 1 maybe 2 times a year. The Rockport beach is one of the best! So clean and well maintained! The man made beach is awesome for families! Love it so much we keep going back!

I live in Rockort. I visit the beach to view the wildlife, walk the area and line dance with friends at a pavillion. The water is warm and shallow, but does have a swimming part. It's a Blue Wave Beach...confirming how clean it is. It is a great place to barbeque, build sand castles and fly kites.
