I have personally been on this boat at least 10 times in the last few years, and it has always been hit or miss on the fishing. I've caught a giant red fish off the boat and also left empty handed more often then not. The one consistent thing on the boat is that they try to catch fish by... More

We have now gone on a Woody's dolphin cruise twice and loved it each time. My kids (4 and 7) remember as the highlight of our beach trip. Here's the deal: You go for a few hours on a big boat (2 levels) and you get to see dolphins playing in the water. At one point, there is a "pirate... More

Woody's Sports Center morning dolphin cruise turned out to be the highlight of our week in Port Aransas. All 8 in our party, including 4 children aged 6-13, enjoyed every minute. Chico, the first mate was on deck with us the whole time, while the captain, on the deck above kept a lookout for dolphins. We were thrilled to see... More

I have taken a few different dolphin tours in different cities but this was the best as it is was very kid friendly, a good amount of time and reasonably priced. We saw a ton of dolphins! The last 30 minutes of the trip, the first mate brought some local sealife on board (in a water tank) for everyone to... More

Reasonably priced $25 adults $20 for kids. My 5 year old daughter definitely enjoyed the Mustang watched plenty of dolphins, they had an open aquarium where she played with shrimp, baby fish, crabs, seahorses & other small sea critters. My husband and I had a blast as well. They allow you to take your ice chest, snacks, beer! To end... More

Save yourself the money and time!!!!! We booked a BAYSIDE fishing trip for 5 hrs for 5 people and spent 5 hours watching our fearless 'Captain' Charlie Kahn fish....Ridiculous!! All we did was watch Charlie Kahn (DON'T GET HIM!!) fish, and when one was hooked we were chastised steadily until the fish was in the boat....and Lord forgive you if... More

Went out 4 times on the Island Queen II. Each trip was for 4 hours, did the morning and evening trip. The most the 3 of us caught was 49 fish on one trip and the least was 23. We caught several gaff tops, whiting, blue runner and a shark. Captain and deck hands made sure that my wife and... More

Took the 8am trip on the Queen and had a great time. Began with fast check in where you can get a temporary license if you need one and a good opportunity to load up your cooler. Coolers are recommended because in the late spring to late summer the ride can be very warm and a cold drink and light... More

Went on bay fishing trip 5-9 trip. Captain never even got to bay. Parked over an hour without one fish being caught. Pitiful. People at desk were nice but out in the water fishermans wharf did a much better job moving around till he found fish. Tonight we had about 25 on board 8 small fish caught. Emphasis on small.... We took the sunset dolphin watch cruise. We spend a lot more time cruising than watching dolphins. Cruise was 1.5 hours, and approx. 20-30 minutes in the area where the dolphins were. The little kids loved it, because they had a small, open aquarium on the boat, and the crew threw a drag net and got some sea creatures for... More
