I went on the Scat Cat for a 9 hour ride with my dad, a diehard fisherman. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to help everyone get as many fish as they could. The ride out into the ocean was nice and we did see dolphins on multiple occasions. Overall, this was a great experience.

After reading some of the negative comments, I have to put my two cents in. First of all, no one can guarantee success when it comes to fishing. Ask any fisherman and he/she will tell you some days are good, others not so much. This is a business and they want you to catch fish, its not like they are... More

Went here as a last minute stop, glad I did. The boys went fishing and the girls went on a dolphin ride. Our guide was AWESOME!!!!!!! He knows exactly where the dolphins like to hang out which was great for the kiddos. The boys had a great time fishing and caught good fish. The guy helping was very nice, interacted... More

We made plans today for the 12 hour trip. They told us they had to have 20 people. There a 5 in our group. Boat was to leave at 10 pm. Called them this afternoon. They said we have 27 going. We got to the boat and they then told us they didn't have enough people. They only have 14... More

5 hour Wharf Cat trip. Several hours into the trip one of our friends asked the deckhand how many fish were "onboard" - 5. That's 5 for the ENTIRE boat. Friend made a comment about the low number and the deckhand said that was considered a "good" trip. Really? On top of that, he was rude and insulting.

Went on the 12 hour scat cat trip on July 31st. Had a great fishing trip! This was my third trip with the crew. I have always caught plenty of fish on the trip. The captain put us on the reds the first try and everyone on the boat caught their limit. We moved and spent the rest catching vermillion... More

The night before we put in our names for the sunset cruise. We were told to be there at 7:00 pm the next night. While waiting in line (the next night) my cell phone rang informing me that due to "mechanical" difficulties our trip was cancelled. I informed the lady I was standing right in front of her. Mechanical difficulties?... More

The Fisherman's Wharf sunset tour which loaded from Tarpon Street was a good deal for $20. We saw an awesome sunset behind the lighthouse and dolphins several times. The captain was great at taking his time to allow you to see everything possible. For this mountain girl from Virginia, the last part of the trip where you went into the... More

Went on fishing trip today. Spent more time getting out there then we did fishing. Didn't catch any fish. I won't do this fishing trip again.

The staff is inconsiderate, rude, and inconsistent. While we were waiting for service, they were spending their time having vehicles towed. Inconsiderate jerks.
