We booked for the sunset cruise for the 4th of July and were quoted the wrong time. The people waiting in line with us had all been quoted various times. We were also charged $10 per person more than we'd been quoted on the phone. The website did not mention any holiday upcharges or changes in times. We were told... More

Well this trip was a fail!!! First experience was 2014 and had a blast but this year very disappointing captain spent more time moving back and forth from rigs that we never spent enough time fishing. Can't blame the weather for no fish caught when boats out of Galveston max out every single trip they take. Cre was nice but... More

2 fish caught over 4 hours among 25 people. LIED TO! Was told you'll catch a lot of fish by heavyset woman. DON'T GO!!! Went on 8-12 pm drift fish trip on 6-13-15.

Ok, I read three years of reviews before deciding on them for our first charter fishing trip. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and I was prepared for any hokey stuff that might come. Here goes... 1. If you're fishing for snapper in the 2015 season, make sure which boat you're going out on. The Scat Cat does not have... More

My son and I were referred to Fisherman's Wharf by a local. We were excited to wake up at 4:30am and drive over to meet the boat at 6am because we'd never been deep sea fishing before and were got to go on an 11 1/2 hour fishing tour. We were told show up at 6am because "The boat won't... More

We went out on the evening Dolphin tour and was such an enjoyable evening. The Lady Captain did a great job. She took us out to the light house and ship wreck, and of coarse got to see a lot of beautiful Dolphins. Loved it and was a great time with family and I loved watching the kids watch the... More

A pelican actually flew down and was eating fish remnants within 2 feet of us. The birds have no fear of humans and are very friendly, just going about their business.
