This is a great laid back place when you just want to get out of the heat, have a cold beer, and listen to good music.

Just spent a couple of afternoons/evenings at the Tarpon. Light crowd of locals and a few tourists thrown in for good measure. Cool staff. Air conditioned bathrooms. Arranged a cab for my buddy and I when we decided to err on the side of caution. Bartenders were great. This is a perfect beach bar with open windows, sandy floors. I... More

I started planning a huge birthday bash in January for my husband. I was able to get in touch with Paul (the owner) early on and work with him on bringing in a band for the Saturday night bash in June. Paul was so generous to share his venue with us and our band ROCKED THE HOUSE! We simply had... More

My friends & I went to the Tarpon on my birthday it was the most fun that I could remmember. They even serve Champagne by the bottle with real glasses. What more could you ask for cold champagne & live music with a key west feel - dogs welcomed.

A great place to chill ... cheap booze and live entertainment This place is next door to the VFW. I think they have a small menu, but on weekends I've seen free fish, etc from the locals. Music is cover country rock and some blues.
