Great place to catch a movie. It's never too crowded, and there's a bar where you can enjoy a drink with your movie. Go early to snag a good parking space (behind the Angelika is the best place to park).

We typically go to the Angelika during the day and find it easy to get in to. Plenty of parking and when we're done, the variety of restaurants right on Bishop makes it a fun day. The theatre is very comfortable and not crowded. Makes it a pleasant experience vs the megabox Cinemark place.

My wife and I like coming here because its less crowded than most theaters and the prices are reasonable, located in a nice area of Plano, lots of places to have dinner and then a movie.

The wife and I catch a lot of small films here. It's cozy in size and atmosphere. Still good size screens. Comfortable seating . We prefer it over National theater chains and big crowds . Terrific Restaurents within 50-100 yards. Check it out ! Bob E.

Intimate theater. Not a megaplex theater with a thousand people in each theater. Angelica has great lesser known movies that deserve to be seen. The neighborhood reminds me of Paris. Lots of nice eating places and shopping. A great place to stroll before or after a movie. I would love to live down the street from the Angelica.

I am a long time movie lover and will travel 30 miles to see what I want. Angelika shows mostly independent films, which I love. But that is not the intent of this review. In comparison to the Dallas Angelika the Plano version has a worn down look. Even a bit tacky. The manager looked like he was recently released... More

Enjoy watching the movies here because it's located by the Dart train station, there's lots of shops, pubs, & restaurants! Nice outing for a day!

I love the Angelika Theater, they show independent films that you cannot find at most theater chains. Unfortunately the Plano location is understaffed so when the concession stand is busy it does take a little longer than normal.

Small theater with stadium seating and great sound. Comfortable chairs that recline back a bit. Wine is a little expensive, but worth it. Older crowd, but make sense given "mature" movies, like Best Exotic Marigold Hotel or The Hundred Step Journey or The Lady in Gold. Many restaurant choices close by for after-movie.

Small theater, shows indie and some mainstream movies. Sells food, drinks and adult beverages. Mostly an older crowd, but that is likely dictated by the types of movies being shown. Seating is good. The charm is the location and surrounding area with the Shops at Legacy.

Thank lidar
