This excursion was worth every penny to see the excitement and awe on my children's face. I had read the reviews, good and bad, before we went. For those on the fence, let me address some of the negatives from other reviewers. 1. "The North Pole is not very good or believable." - You could argue this is true. It... More

My wife took our 2 boys ages 5 and 3 on a trip that should have taken 3 hours. She got lost and it took six instead. Needless to say they arrived late by 2 1/2 hours. When they were told they had basically missed it and there were no other trips scheduled everyone was very disappointed. The whole crew... More

This has been a tradition for my family for 5 years. We have loved it, especially my children. This year they added assigned seating but no option to pre select specific seats. The North Pole can really only be seen on the West side of the train. So we were assigned on the other side and my kids couldn't see... More

We went on the Polar Express last weekend, and were kind of disappointed. We had a huge group of people go, so that made it more fun but without that I think it would have been pretty boring. The train ride was cool, with the extras hot chocolate, and reading the story of Polar Express. The North Pole was sad.... More

This is a really great adventure if you have kids that love trains like I do. The train is a real steam engine and the kids were thrilled. We purchased the lowest tier tickets because anything else was so pricey. It's a little cramped in 3rd class, but my kids didn't seem to mind. The beginning and end of the... More

What a joke!!! The car we were in...ADA accessible car...the speaker was a cheap one about 20 years old (could not understand anything that was said), had no christmas lights inside the car, had folding chairs, and tables with plywood tops. The lights at the North Pole was no more than one might put in the front lawn of their... More

My wife and I took our 7 and 4 year old daughters to the Polar Express for the first time ever. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening. The hot chocolate was great as was the cookie. The kids enjoyed the reading of the book and the dancing in the aisle. The waiters were very fun and interactive with the children.... More

After reading mixed reviews on trip advisor i went in with low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised on how exceptional our experience was. We chose the Lone Star class at 8pm in car 45. The staff (waiters and chefs) were very interactive with my family. I'm guessing that they were in their 20's but you can tell that they were... More

The Cost was almost $300.00 for the BEST tickets, little did we know the the "North Pole" was on the left side of the track and we had tickets on the right side of the train that did not have a view of holiday lights, ok 1 or 2 displays but we were so high up it was impossible to... More

The train ride was okay but the North Pole was a joke. With all the money they takein, their North Pole should be a magical place for kids to see. One small building and a few cardboard cutouts was their North Pole. $90 for the three of us was foolish on our part. Waste of time except for the train... More
