Neat experience, regular tickets were just fine!

Pros: This was a really neat experience. My three year old was enthralled to be riding a train! He wasn't even interested in his hot chocolate or cookie...lol! We were on car 50, which seemed to be the most antique-looking of the ones we walked through, which we liked! It was a pretty long ride, which we were happy about.... More

You can't get much closer to the movie. The staff was fantastic, dancing/singing waiters and chefs. Totally engaged the guests. It was worth every penny. Went on the 8 p.m. ride. It'shame the locals along the route don't embrace the spirit and decorate. My grandchildren who "don't believe in santa" were mezmerized, too bad for their parents.

Our first time riding the Polar Express and we had a blast!! From the moment we arrived at the depot our kids were caught up in the magic. We would highly recommend the 8pm ride.

Booked this for my son and I cause the last 3 Christmas have been so sad, got stuck in traffic 10 minutes away and called , asked if others were stuck in traffic and they said yes , will you delay the train for a little so we can get there , NO! Called 3 times , answer was NO!... More

The idea is great but the follow through is lacking. We spent over 400 dollars for 11 of us. The ride was too short. Even the kids we asking why it was so short. If you are on the wrong side of the train you will miss the North Pole (A very lack luster hole in the woods). We were... More

Wonderful Christmas family tradition. The short ride has the feel of being in the movie & book. Yummy chocolate chip cookies & hot chocolate. Awesome experience.

We bought 8 Diamond Class tickets and spent over $800. We each got 1 cup of Hot chocolate, 1 Cookie, 1 napkin. The upper deck ( where u sit when u have Diamond Class) only had 2 servers for all the seats. It's over fairly quickly and I feel the $$$ you spend deserves a little more personal attention. It... It is a memorable experience for the kids. Having hot chocolate and cookies, plus having a visit from Santa and every child receive a silver bell. It would be great to have some sceneries around rather than the north pole scene. Other than that it was good experience.

First time visit for us to the Polar Express. Traveled with an infant (6 months old) 3 year old and 5 year old. Purchased, didn't know at the time, first class train car, silver and we sat upstairs. It was nice that it had assigned seating, I was told differently but I guess a lot has changed in 4 years.... More

We enjoyed our ride on the Polar Express train. The chefs on our car were lively and friendly. We enjoyed the hot chocolate and cookie. It was impossible to hear the reading of the book due to all the talking on the train! The train itself was historic and very interesting. The website suggested arriving an hour or more early...
