Ok I need to be honest... the reviews and the road frontage are a little sketchy. We debated this vs the SA Zoo...and we are SO glad we went here. As you can see from my reviews, I don't gush often but this place was really fantastic. The animals were well taken care of, the enclosures were clean and pretty... More

Fun to see all of the scary snakes; liked to feed the camel and have the goats climb all over me. Neat also to see the capybaras and other strange creatures. Hope they're doing okay in the heat. Have been back here a couple of times.

Let me start by saying that my daughter had a great time. They have a nice variety of animals for such a small zoo. The enclosures are small, but the animals appear to be healthy. One of the zookeepers said that they are expanding soon to give the animals more space.

I should have saved the 200.00 from Fiesta Texas and gone straight to the Snake Farm. Its a quirky Roadside Zoo that gives you an intimate up front experience with every kind of snake imaginable. Then you go outside and they have loads of other quirky animals that I have never seen. Top it off and they have a petting... More

Our girls who are 8, 5, 3 and a baby loved this zoo. The zoo keeper who did the shows was amazing. Very knowledgable, great with the kids. He did a talk on the hyenas, wolves and big cats for a larger audience. Later he did a talk about lemurs for about 7 people. Both were excellent. We happened to... More

A really neat place to go & see. From the snakes/reptiles to the "petting zoo" with the little goats, etc.

First of all, all the people whom are saying the cages were small, and the animals were pacing... did it ever occur to you that MAYBE it was about feeding/meal time. The big cats, and wolves and such... that is what they do... do any of you have cats at home? Then you know, your cat rubs and rubs on... More

More places such as this should be available in every state. Great education for children and adults. 'Hands On' experience is so much better than a book in a class room. Something kids and adults never forget. I can't say enough great things about it. Please Create More Places Such As This. If I had the money I would create... More

It was fun and the animals were up close and personal. We enjoyed the experience as a whole but I will warn you to take extra shoes (possibly change of clothes). You will probably have yucky shoes when you are done. It was also smaller than I expected.

It was a great experience for my whole family- a 15 year old, a 12 year old, and two adults. We really enjoyed our visit; it didn't take too long, and although it was hot, there was plenty of shade. They had a lot of cool animals that I'd never seen close up, and it was a great opportunity to... More
