Large and exotic selection of snakes which had the kids fascinated. ..the zoo was small with a few exotic animals (and a sad looking lion). The pet feeding area was akin to a farm yard with only goats and such available to be fed. Highlight of the trip was the kids being allowed to pet and carry a real snake.... More

I love how you can get so much closer to the animals at this zoo. At other zoos the animals tend to hang back and hide and half the time you cant even see many of the animals. At animal world and snake farm they are right there so close you can almost touch them. And sometimes they will bring... More

In the last year I have been 3 times and the constant growth and improvements are amazing! Since I grew up in SA the Snake Farm was always a childhood treat. It went through some tough times but has come back as a great attraction!

This was our third trip to the Snake Farm Zoo. This time I took my parents and they enjoyed it. The white lions have really grown since our last visit (February) and should now be in their larger habitat (they were just finishing it up when we were there.) My favorite part this round was hand feeding a couple of... More

The other reviews were right. It is a small zoo with fewer animals. I read that it was interactive, but the only interaction was when we initiated it.

Great facility and educational shows. Added more animals since my first visit. My kids want to go back and visit.

On first look you wouldn't think of stopping here. Looks a bit run down from the outside. But once you get past the front door, your hit with the sight of many variety of snake and reptile in the first room. Going out the back door your introduced to the rest of the animals. While I will admit, the grounds... More

We took some out of town guests on our first visit here and were pleasantly surprised to find a large outdoor area out back full of a wide variety of different animals. The barnyard type were very friendly and quickly gathered around for some feed. The more exotic (were obviously not roaming the grounds) but were a sight to see... More

This is a nice little zoo that has room to grow! We spent the morning here about one and a half hours! It is a very nice little zoo. Fun place to watch the animals and just relax. Little kids will love it! There is a petting zoo where you can feed the animals as well. I see good things... More
