As one of the older vineyards in the area, they have a solid fan base. The property is pretty and relaxing. The wine is not bad, but I didn't have my socks blown off. Thinking of it as a "whole picture" thing, it was nice. I don't think the wine stands alone.

My husband and I love wine, so we were looking forward to trying out Dry Comal Creek. We enjoyed our host, but not the wines except the reserves. We thought the wines were pretty thin and uninteresting.

We really enjoyed our tasting at the winery. The wine is very tasty and well presented. There's even a bit of pairing - 1 chocolate, 1 spicy. Our hostess was very knowledgeable and a delight, answering all our questions in a warm friendly manner. We visited in late December and enjoyed the cozy feel of the tasting room. Others braved... I visited 4 wineries near here and this was the only one I liked every wine I tasted- and bought bottles to take home. Charming place, nice folks. If you can only get to one winery - go to Dry Comal Creek

Visited here with my wife and cousin who lives locally. This was my first time here. Very nice place to visit. People are wonderful, wine was enjoyable, port was very good. Enjoyed some very good jam as part of the wine tasting (and bought same). Will be coming back.

Nice small vineyard. The staff was very friendly and fun. Our host had a lot of knowledge about the vines and vineyard. The tasting was a lot of fun. I got several Christmas presents while there! We were there during the colder climate and I'm sure the area is even more beautiful when the vines are green and full.

My wife and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and decided that a wine tasting and vineyard tour would be an interesting and fun experience. Dry Comal Creek did not disappoint! Bev hosted our tasting and did a great job explaining everything about wine tasting to a couple of novices. We learned so much! With only the two port... More

We had so much fun at the grape stomp that you were the first booth we visited at the Gruene Music and Wine Festival. You guys really know how to enjoy (and make) good wine.

We were there and they had just come back from a marathon so the lady was not too enthusiastic and was kind rushing to get rid of us.
