First time to canyon lake, water was nice and cold, good amounts of fish for fishing, picnic area was nice, but their was definitely too much trash along the fence and restrooms are disgusting.

If you get a chance...go to Canyon Lake. Fun and relaxing! The water is warm and the people we met were cool. Can't wait to go back next year!

Lake was at an all time high due to rain and flooding in Texas. Some areas still needed cleaning up after floods. Still great place to spend the day boating, fishing or swimming

Canyon Lake is a corp of engineers body of water that is a very easy navigable lake. Very clear water with marinas to service you and your water craft. Rental craft is available.

Loved the lake. It is simply beautiful & peaceful! This will be our first pick for a little getaway for the weekend for the husband and me or with family. Definitely going back to do a tour of the gorge.

Went to canyon lake with a friend to go jet ski and the air, water and view was flawless. Easy to park and get our jets on the water and reasonable price to enter. Also, went to a eat on the water and that was also very nice.
