Beautiful Park

Beautiful park, we were relaxing by the pond, the water was cold so we only put our feet in. Got to see the deer everywhere, it was so nice to drive around the park.

Very nice park with lake and a small scenic train that runs around the park. They also have a large public swimming pool.

This is an old park, one enjoyed by generations of locals and out-of-towners for its beautiful waters and comfortable picnic tables. In the summer there are movies and live music with dancing for the young of heart. Being located in the center of town, it is a prime spot for holiday celebrations including fireworks on the Fourth of July. Lots... More

Constantly cleaned by staff. The boat rentals were nice and the mini train ride was helpful in getting an idea of the parks offerings the ticket counter staff could use an update... putt putt for the family was a treat. So much nature to be found... and camp groups for everything. .. we found tunnels and saw so many birds... More

A little crowded but something fun to do. Kids liked the spring fed pool with the slide and rope swing. Landa park is beautiful and worth a look, especially if you have kids.

The value here is amazing. My kids played all day and there is something for all ages. Lockers available for $1, life jackets available for a $15 deposit. The river water was super cold but the kids didn't mind. If you prefer warmer water those options are available too at the kiddie pools and the Olympic pol. If you are... More

Recently stayed here after an absence of about 5 years. It's still too pricey, but at least they are trying to improve the quality. Most of the rooms have been redone, with lots more porch space, which is great for groups. FYI, your price for the room includes passes for Schlitterbahn, so it's not totally unreasonable if you don't mind... More

The kids had a great time going down the giant slide and swinging off of the rope swing into the cool Comal river water.

Park is very nice! I took my 5 year old and 15 year old and they both thoroughly enjoyed it. We swam in the Olympic sized pool, rode the train, explored in the paddle boat, took pictures of the amazing trees, played on the playgrounds, and at the end we relaxed by the river and placed our feet in the...
