Beautiful, historic Landa Park is undergoing a much needed facelift at the moment. The Park still offers shaded picnic areas, up to date playgrounds for the Kids and events at it's famous Dance Slab. But.... Landa is moving into the future too. The crumbling walls of it's Spring fed streams are being replaced. Bridges are being replaced, after a devastating... More

It is good to drink in the fresh air as I walk the perimeter of the park grounds. Cool water flows in the Comal River, and Landa lake comes alive with paddle boats on the weekends. The spring fed pool or do you prefer chlorinated? We have them both in season. Mini-golf, our legendary mini-train that pleases passengers young and... More

Landa Park never has any parking. We live in New Braunfels and I cant tell you how many times we have packed all of our stuff to go to Landa park and had to leave because we could not find a parking space.

We used to go here during Wurstfest, but have found it a great place just to go and relax, grill some hot dogs and burgers, and enjoy the quieter park, compared to the huge Schlitterbahn close by. Plenty of free parking, paddle boats for rent, just a nice area for the kids to run around and have a good time.

It was a great location. New Braunsfels has many historic landmarks. Very quaint. There was a street festival and wine tasting going on which made the visit a little more exciting and gave us something to do.

Laid back atmosphere, train ride was a lot of fun. It has been a long time since i rode a train. Comal River runs through to park and it is a clear Spring Fed River that you can see the bottom when its 15 feet deep.

Landa park is very diverse with something everyone would enjoy. There are natural springs, several playgrounds, picnic areas, large pavilions for group gatherings, volleyball courts, a hiking trail, walking trails, a train, golf course, fishing, tame ducks, geese, squirrels, and deer, aquatic center, putt putt golf, paddle boats, and a golf course. Some of these things are seasonal and currently... More

Nice park ...a 4 normally..but construction of the best area has been going on for years.. Quiet during the week..not so much during the weekends... Train is always great... Spring fed pool. Boat rides. Miniature golf. Play grounds.

A beautiful little park- but we are getting mighty tired of the remodeling going on as they re-line the entire edge of the Comal Spring and parts of the lake. Still plenty of park to be enjoyed however -- "but don't tell everybody 'cause we like it quiet and having it to ourselves" to walk our dogs !! Can't wait... More

This place is fun for all. Has man made pool, large natural pond with slide and various other activities. If your not one to get wet or just want to enjoy some time relaxing you can let the little ones run wild and you can just park yourself under a tree and soak in the scenery. The lifeguard's are ever... More
