A nice walk for the evening if you had too much to eat. It stretches from the fountaine to the centre of Salou, about 500 meters long, with bench son each side of the walk.

It was very clean and I walking down it. Nice and wide so always felt like you had loads of room to walk where you wanted. Lined with palm trees made it even nicer. Superb walkway.

A truly stunning promenade.Loads of people walking up and down at night and a great atmosphere.Across the road it is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. Running alongside the prom there is an open air stage and seating for around 2000 people where you can see free shows at night. The great thing about these hot countries is how much life there... Salou is a wonderful place. But one of its biggest attractions is Avenida Jaume I. Wide boulevard between the see shore and salou downtown with beautiful fountains. Don't skip this place

A lovely wide and level avenue flanked by palm trees for its entire length. There are plenty of seats for those who wish to sit and watch the world go by. These are on both sides and let those who wish to sit in the sun do so or let those shade seekers escape from it. Look out for some... More

I always say the highlight of a town by the sea is the quality of it's promenade/esplanade/seafront. Salou really has this looking good. With plenty of places to eat along this sea front you won't be disappointed. Some say it's busy but I disagree. It is just right for a family resort such as Salou. A highlight is the fountains... Love to walk this tree lined promenade on a roasting hot day or night and just take in all the wonderful sites on offer in this great resort. You take in all the main beaches and nice areas such as CAMBRILS & TARAGONA ,some great pub's, bar's and restaurant's in these two areas or just head for the old town,... More
