Loved the accessibility to Ireland and prices into the park is reasonable. felt so sorry for all the parents of little children who were dying to get on a ride but could not as their children were too young - waste of money for them as the Sesame street area is about as good as any playground. Children need to... More

Open from 10am - 12pm so time to get on all the rides. No picnic sign at entrance which is a bit much when you have a family to feed. Rides were fantastic and park was spotlessly clean, parades were fantastic, staff were all friendly and helpful, cost of food was a bit pricey (hence probably no picnic sign)! Water... More

This July is our 3rd time being to Portaventura and we still did not get to see and do everything which says a lot for all the shows and rides that are available in this park. Now granted we did not get there til 12 most days we went. This year we went with another family who hadn't visited before... More

You can reach it by car or by train. From the train station you have to walk around 500 meters. Advice: be there in the morning when it opens. The biggest and highest Montagne russe in Europe can be found here. For the one with high risk you need to queue for more than 1 hour.

Really good theme park, although we measured our son with his Nike air max shoes on before we went and he was over 1.20m, unfortunately this wasn't the case with their strict height restrictions, but still plenty to go on, will just have to go back next year when our son has grown a bit more! We was at the... More

As an adrenalin junkie myself I crave theme parks. Port Aventura was something special. The park is divided into different sections like Far West, China, Mexico etc. etc. The first ride you will see on entry to the park is called Furious Baco which clocks speeds of 135kmph/73mph! As you indulge further into the theme park you will see a... More

The rides were so great (especially Shambhala) and the food and drink in the theme park was of a high quality. It is such a great theme park.
