This was recommended to us by someone in the hotel, the journey there is very scenic travelling through some very nice Spanish villages. Once inside you can gain insights and demonstrations from staff all about each butterfly in there. It is very humid therefore plenty of water is advised.

A beautiful visit had here, stunning butterflies just inches from you of all shapes and sizes. A photographers haven , patience does pay off as I have many photos to prove., I got to hold a very big Nocturnal moth which was amazing.. The complex itself is spotless and I love the theme to the attraction. There is a small... More

This is an amazing place, I never knew there were so many different type of butterflies. Stunning creatures and we have some fantastic photos to remember. They also have a kangaroo, iguana, gecko, turtles and fish. Well worth a visit! There is also the Buddhist temple next to it, and the views of the coast are fabulous from there!

Really interesting - look out for the gecko, and the lizards, and the turtle, and the wallaby..... You could spend ages here, trying to photograph the butterflies as they whizz past!

This place just took my breath away, it was one of the most beautiful experiences ive ever had. I had only seen butterflys like this in nature progammes. I could have sat there all day and let the butterflys flutter around me, it was so relaxing. The kids were delighted when the guide placed these gigantic moths on their hands... More

This you have to see. Leaflets do not do this place justice. Loads to see indoors, a little cafe, and when you have spotted all the butterflies, birds oh and the wallaby, then just wander outdoors to the Buddha Centre......... the views are tremendous. Well worth a visit. You pay one price in the Butterfly Centre and you can come... More

Was very impressed by Benalmedena's Butterfly park. Beautifully laid out, very informative. You do have to pay to see the butterfly's, but lots of interesting information free to view in reception area's. Staff helpful and friendly. Great snacks and coffee if required. Fantastic views. Thoroughly enjoyed it, will visit again.

Visited the park with my wife & my 5 y/o daughter. The entrance fee is 10 Euro for adult & 7.5 for kids. They gave my child a page with butterfly pictures on it so she would tick off next to each pic once she sees the butterfly in real. That added more fun to the process as she wanted... More
