Beautiful building, on a high spot with fantastic views over the countryside to the sea, towards Benalmadena and Fuengirola. The piped music in the grounds is very good.

Nice temple up on the hill close to the main motorway. The actual temple is very nice and includes also inside small exhibition that is worth the visit. In addition the temple yard provides very nice views across the bay to the Fuengirola direction. Next door there is the butterfly park too.

Visited this temple while visiting the Butterfly park. It is set on high mountain with excellent views of the countryside. Inside is peaceful and tranquil. Would recommend visiting.

This is quite high up but from our hotel balcony (Hotel Polynesia) this Temple was very picturesque. At nighttime it was lit up and could be seen a long way away. We visited it, as had been told it was a very tranquil place and worth a visit. Without revealing its history, it has been altered several times depicting certain... More

The temple looks impressive from the outside, and the inside is also a piece of art. It is free to enter, photography is allowed, the wallmurals are gorgeous, and so are the altar-statues. When entering you are told entrance is free and that there is an exibition downstairs. But you are not told that there is a 2 euro fee... More

This is a beautiful Buddhist temple, set in the hills high above Benalmadena, and opposite the butterfly park. Evidently it has the largest "stupa" in Europe...domed roof to you and I....which is clearly evident as we first saw the gilded roof point from the ferry back from Torremolinos. We chose to walk here..about 1 hour, through the countryside, .but there... More

I chose to walk up to this Temple considering it as some sort of small pilgrimage. However the ascent was not small - it was very steep & long & hot!! But it was so worth the effort. Not only was the journey upward blessed with natures wonders (beautiful flowers, trees, smells, bird song) but the scenic view from the... More

Interesting trip to this location. Shame that fellow visitors didn't seem to realise that it is a holy and contemplative place..... The little sop has some lovely relevant items for sale.

The views are gorgeous. We loved the quiet of the area. On a clear day you can see for miles and miles. Beautiful place.

The temple looks stunning from the outside and so are the panoramic views from it. The entrance area is lovely. My only complaint was that it was stated that it was donation only to enter the museum and gallery part of it. But an amount was specified. Which to me is not a donation but a fee. Which I feel...
