Pretty village

A real village with a life of its own, good bars and restaurants. Very hilly for walking, but then it is in the Alps.

A very attractive, traditional village with good facilities and well connected to ski lifts to the huge 3 Valleys ski area.

Provided snow is intact, prettiest part of the 3 Valleys and a good base for skiing to all parts of this extensive area

Quaint, nestled little village, perfect ski holiday location for couples, families and groups. Beautiful old church in the centre of town, surrounded by shops offering local foods and gifts, and chalets that are right on the slope that you can ski in and out of with ease. There are only a few bars on offer in the village. P Bar... More

Great place to stay away from the hullabaloo of some other resorts in the 3 Valleys. It's a 9.2km run from the top of 3 Marches down to St Martin, which is a great way to finish after a long day skiing. I would recommend stopping at La Hoy for an Irish coffee en route. You can ski straight into... More

St. Martin de Belleville is a friendly village near the bigger sites of les 3 vallees. It is more peaceful and quiet compared to the bigger centers. On the downside, they are somewhat behind on modern comfort such as free wifi and electronic paying of small amounts.

Genuine Savoyarde village. Not much prefab. Pretty in the sunshine as we went through. Just the one ski bubble out of town which might limit options.

Stayed in St. Martin for a ski vacation in Les 3 Vallees. It is a very nice place to stay. No crowds from Val Thorens or Les Menuires. No millionaires chalets from Meribel & Courchevel. Just a nice village. It still doesn't look like the wonderful Austrian mountain villages of Tyrol, but is a very good spot to hit the... More
