It was a wonderful experience - I also learned so much - I've been making peanut sauce the wrong way for 20 years! I loved starting at the market in the morning. A must do for anyone that loves their food. From pickup to drop off you are looked after and educated on local food. The morning markets are amazing and the food class itself was a delight. Great fun. We started the day with an early morning tour of the market. We were warned that some people find it confronting (chicken heads and fish in the open) but we were fine. Great cultural activity. Well looked after from pick up , to informative tour of markets to class. Food was delicious and plentiful. Lots of fun. Learnt techniques and recipes from the Bali area. Clean , good produce, friendly and helpful teachers. Thoroughly recommend it!

This was a fantastic day- do the morning session. This begins with a guided tour through the local markets with information about local produce and lots of hints and tips.
