For lovers of Indonesian food this is truly a fantastic experience. Does not appear cheap but once you take into account breakfast and a really tremendous lunch it is all worth while. They provide all the ingredients plus a Cook book along wit instructors. Dishes that we prepared were fresh and tasted wonderful. Our instructor had us taste each dish... More

We attended this well planned, super organised school. I loved the info in brochures, of each days menu,so you can choose your interests, or book another day. The market visit was great, well really the whole day was excellent. You wonder how you will produce all those dishes, but each person prepares part of all the dishes. Easy to re... More

The simple fact is that my wife and I gained valuable information and enjoyed our brief cooking experience. It was value for money. In particular, the focus was on the 'bumbu bumbu' ( spices ) and their preparation. This is central to Indonesian cooking and, although we have attended other cooking courses in Indonesia, we found this aspect better handled.... More

A very interesting day. Learnt a lot about the way the Balinese shop for they foods and how the cooked it. Unfortunately they seem to do a lot of it for you so you didn't see how it was really done. They should have cook one dish at a time not mass it all together. You got to confused. The... More

Loved the market tour, food preparation and finally the eating. The course was well structured with help and oversight, The taste testing of our output was basically a great lunch and enjoyed. Course recipes were provided along with certificates. Maybe slightly expensive, but worth the experience

This was a great cooking class that produced some amazing food! I booked this class for my girlfriends birthday as we love to cook and we were not disappointed. We have done cooking classes all over South East Asia and this one lived up to our expectations. The food was delicious and I feel I can go home and recreate... More

My step-daughter and I booked the morning class on the 23rd Jan and had a great day. Visited the local market first up which was enjoyable and educational. We had a big class of 18 but were split into groups of 6. Each person got involved and was given a task to do in preparing the spices etc for cooking.... More

This tour was extremely interesting. We started off visiting the local market. It was very different from the normal Aussie market back home. It is a MUST SEE for anyone new to Bali or for those who have never experienced a Bali market. From there we went to the Anika Guest House where the cooking class is held. We certainly... More
