The Science Spectrum Museum is a must see place, especially for kids. Most all the exhibits are hands on for kids. My grandkids have been there many times and never get tired of going. It's a little bit pricey, but worth it.

I have visited the Spectrum on sevearal occasions. Each time is a new experience. Not only is fun for all ages, it is very educational for all. Each time the grand kids visit, it is one of the firest places they want to go. Always changing exhibits makes this a special venue.

Older building, but great exhibits, kids activities, and the Theater has wonderful, science and history based films. Staff are polite and friendly. The store is decently priced with great gifts for anyone.

A great place for the whole family! I just love the kid friendly exhibits, and there is always an interesting attraction. Don't miss the IMAX experience! The bubble area and the "do nothing machine" are some of our favorites! The kids area was a big hit too!

We especially enjoyed the omni theatre. We watched the Panda movie with my 12 & 19 year old children. We all enjoyed the experience. We also went through the museum which has three levels. A few of the exhibits didn't work properly but there was plenty to keep us busy. It might be a little over priced for its size... More

The penguin exhibit was hyped up for no reason. Disappointed by their small habitat. My kids enjoyed the children's section. Especially getting to see themselves on TV behind the news anchor desk!

The omniplex theater at the Science Spectrum is worth checking out. The screen is a dome around the audience and provides a really unique viewing experience. Definitely worth catching a show.

I will never forget the Titanic exhibit at the Spectrum. The Spectrum brings in top rated exhibits for short periods of time. Keep a sharp eye out for those and receive a great reward/display!

I was invited to attend a weather symposium in early March 2014 at the Science Spectrum. For those not familiar with the area you don't generally see much sea-life or water for that matter (the region is in a major drought). You can understand my surprise when I found out the spectrum had a huge penguin exhibit along with a... More
