This has definitely been the hang out for "dirty old men" over the years and still is. People will park their boats or hike in. This is typically a nudist paradise. Just be ready for constant "drive bys" from boats wanting to catch the "view". There are always more men than women and the men are almost always completely nude.... More

Great for adults as most of not all will be without clothing. Leave the kiddos somewhere else. Plan on spending lots of time in the water here, as it can get really hot during the summer. More

You don't have to take your clothes off to enjoy the park. If the water level would come back up one could actually swim in Lake Travis. More

You won't understand if you aren't a naturist, but this venue is quiet and lovely. It's the type of place that just makes you want to be nude. More

The hike down is rocky, be sure to wear good walking shoes or water shoes. Glass containers are not allowed but it is obvious some people do what they want so watch out for the broken glass. Otherwise it is mostly clean. It is nice that you don't have to get dressed to use the restrooms. Clothing is only required... More

I find it offensive that groups of guys get off their lawn-mowing jobs early, get a six-pack, and come down here to oggle women. My friend and I are throwing rocks at these jerks next time. You have been warned. More

In the '60s Hippie Hollow was fun, quiet, secluded and a great place to hang out on the rocks in the buff and take in the sun and water. Since then it has gradually been taken over by ruffians and gay activists who seem to resent straight couples. There have always been redneck rubberneckers in boats, but now there is... More

If you like seeing naked guys hanging out on cliffs together, then go here in the summer and you'll get your fill. If you go in the winter, you might get to enjoy the park without some guy having too much fun with himself while he walks past you on the trail. I'm just sayin'. More

No summer trip to Austin is complete without going to Hippie Hollow on Lake Travis. The only clothing optional park in the state, it also has crystal clear waters and stunning sunsets which are best viewed from the Oasis Cantina, high atop the ridge overlooking Hippie Hollow. More

I guess if your a nudist it might be fun. I'm not so can't see what the deal is with people wanting to sit on the exposed rocks and climb over the rock naked. It was probably more 75% with the bathing suits on and most saw there without should have keep them on. No not all the hotties running... More
