Although there are buoys that keep you away from shore, it is aggravating when the nudesters float out to the buoys and my young children get an eyeful.

If you are a nudist then I'm sure you would love this place. My sense was that there were several nudists but a lot more people there to gawk at the nudists. It's at a great location but it wasn't the vibe we were looking for.
Mostly males oogling and staring trying to get a peek. I've been to nude beaches and parks and never felt this uncomfortable.

I try and go every time I visit Austin. Great place to swim & sunbath. Park is very clean and a few of the locals I've met are great. Water access is tricky steep paths with rocks. There are the typical guys that come to stair at the ladies, who are few and far between. In joy and if you...
