I am from Canada, and inquired on shipping costs from the online store in November. I sent SEVERAL emails with no reply. There is NO shipping estimate on the website to Canada, it says to inquire for specific costs. I gave the benefit of the doubt and figured they weren't receiving my emails for some reason and ordered a small... More

While the King Ranch store is a good place to visit, King Ranch leather goods was more widely available than they were 30 years ago. Then you had to go to Kingsville to buy them. Now they are part of one of the Christmas shows in Austin each year. The merchandise is high quality, and is priced accordingly. If you're... More

We came here during our visit from Australia and loved shopping here. Lots of cool Texas, cowboy and ranch themed clothing, gifts and boots. We managed to buy Christmas presents for most of our family and got some terrific jewellery. Definitely worth a visit. Not a super-cheap store, but great quality!!!

well, you would never catch me on a horse, but the quality of the leather goods here is top end. they do luggage, which I wold love to have, and I saw a girl doing repairs in their shop as well. Only takes a few minutes to see, but worth it.

Make sure what you buy is the right product first. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I have been trying to exchange an item bought as a Christmas gift for a week now with no success. I only spoke to a live person once who worked in the retail store. She... More

We stopped in here on the tour and they have a lot of nice things but extremely pricey! Hardly anyone purchased anything , even a small container of chocolate pecans was over thirty dollars.

Stopped by after our King Ranch tour. Expected to find some genuine, unique leather products. Looked around for a long time, fully prepared to take home something to remind us of Kingsville and King Ranch ... however, a lot of the stock had a made in China label with a King Ranch insignia added. Almost no horse tack products ...... More

Looked at the tags. A lot of the stuff was made in China. Everything was way overpriced. The tack section was almost non existent. If you want really expensive stuff just because it says king ranch on it, this the store for you.

Really? Drive an extra 3 hours out of our way during our vacation on my birthday in a Saturday and the sign said closed for inventory. Not sure why this could not have been accomplished any other time but a Saturday afternoon? This doesn't appear they cater too much to tourist or welcome them in any way. I was disappointed... More
