The boardwalk was a nice place to walk around and had some nice stores and restaurants. The arcades as usual were a ripoff, but you have to expect that. The beer and drink prices were ridiculous. I think it was six dollars for a beer. One visit was enough.

After a day at Shlitterbahn, Galveston my family and I went to Kema and ate at the Lighthouse Buffet. Great place, great view, great price.

Spent a few hours at the Kemah Boardwalk and loved it. The kids loved the train and merry go round. Was lovely to walk around and people watch and see the sites. The stingray reef exhibit is nice, worth $4 to get in for sure. Love that there is no entrance fee. A beautiful place, clean and well kept.

Kemah Boardwalk is a good location for multiple restaurants, amusements, and a place to stroll after a day the the beach or on the bay. One of the pluses was alot of free parking . Now many of the lots have a $6.00 fee, though there is no attendant, security or service. I suppose they are chraging what the traffic... More

Our family recently went to the Kemah boardwalk and we enjoyed it. We visited a few shops and I really enjoyed the Christmas shop. The kids rode almost every ride there. The rides are pricey, but the kids enjoyed them. The sights were also nice. There was even a man there doing tricks with fire. The kids really enjoyed the... More

We went on a Friday night and looked at the various shops on the boardwalk. The shops are all very clean, nice, and offer good things. The restaurants on the boardwalk are not very abundant, and so you only have a few choices (most of them seafood). The best thing about going on a friday night are the fireworks!!! They... More

Kemah Boardwalk has a lot to offer for everyone. I would recommend eating at one of the many resturaunts before you ride. Landrys has a great view of the sailboats going in and out of the marina. The all you can ride passes were a bit expensive, but the rides are a lot of fun. Parking is $6, and you... More

Ok don't ride the Bullet if you get headaches. If you like roller coasters this one is kinda fun. Short of corse but worth the money. Every Thursday night in summer they have Rock The Dock. Bring a chair. Its fun.

Heat is the worst thing about this place. It's hot and humid. That said it's a fun place for up to 16 year olds.
