This is a very good venue forthe younger set. However apart from an excellent selection of restaurants there is not much for the older generation. Be warned if looking for a taxi home, you must go to the main hotel lobby. Cabs do not come to this venue unless booked. we waited for over an hour without success after phoning... More

This area is very lively and fun to visit. Many local shops and restaurants to go to. Here is a few shops I stopped in Boardwalk Fudge (Very tasty fudge and interesting flavors), Hild's Meats (Fantastic local beef jerky and salsa), Marbleslab Creamery (Homemade ice cream and malts). I didn't ride on any of the rides but they looked like... More

Visited the boardwalk in mid October during a weekday there was a good amount of people in the restaurants but only a few families in the actual park waiting to ride. Unfortunately, the Bullet (roller coaster) was closed by the time we arrived (two hours before closing). We had a really fun evening and enjoyed our night.

If you bring the kids get ready to drop some dough. But, this is a very clean carnival. Although limited. Refreshments are pricy. Shop, people watch, eat, enjoy the area. Parking used to be free. Now all lots are $6-7. Gonna squeeze that last dollar out of you.

We liked everything , food , entertainment and rides. The Boardwalk is owned by Landry's it was built in 1997 and still has the appearance of being brand new. All the staff everywhere were friendly and well informed.

After spending the whole afternoon walking around the NASA center, this is the best place to continue the dreamy day. Wooden roller coaster, crazy drop zone or just a lovely good-old-days carousel and many more. When you get hungry, try the all you can eat for $15, it's really worth it! Enjoy!

The boardwalk has lots of small amusement rides primarily for teens and kids. The place is super clean and has several restaurants and eclectic shops for the more senior visitor. the visual impact of the whole boardwalk is very pleasing. Even though it was drizzling during our day there we had a great time. Well worth a day or so.... More
