Found this park by doing research for fishing spots. They stock it, but the vultures eat all the fish and scare away everyone. Needs maintenance, that's for sure. It's really not a big deal, just go to your back yard. It's like a neighborhood park.

Lake, free mini golf, play grounds, ducks, fishing, walking paths, sheltered space.......perfect for the kids.......we love it here. Just wish it had a small cafe or ice cream stall.

Perhaps we visited at the wrong time of year, but we were a little disappointed. My wife and I stopped by in mid-July to scope out potential fishing spots in our soon-to-be-new hometown. Sadly, we saw little more than a nearly shriveled up mudhole infested with buzzards and aggressive geese. Furthermore, the whole park felt dirty, but I guess that's... More

This park has it all. Nice playgrouds, lake, picnic tables, putt putt golf, indoor swimming pool, weight room, pavillions for get togethers.

this park is deceptively big, though you could drive right past it and never know what it holds. There is a full accessible playground next to a large gazebo. There is a no-pay miniature golf course (you have to get your clubs and ball at the rec center) that is fun to play, though not a gooney golf style. There... More

This is a really sweet place to workout on a beautiful day. Although during the weekend it can be busy with a lot of people having family picnics and others that are working it still a very nice place in Katy.

Mary Jo Peckham park is a great place to go with your family on the weekends to have some outdoor fun and get some fresh air. The outdoor park essentially has 3 sectors: the lake, the playground, and the putt putt course. The lake is large and is filled with fish, turtles, and ducks, and not to mention it is... More

The indoor pool is large & enjoyable. Plenty of benches for non swimmers to sit. Locker rooms are decent & the individual showers are clean.
