This is a really sweet place to workout on a beautiful day. Although during the weekend it can be busy with a lot of people having family picnics and others that are working it still a very nice place in Katy.

Mary Jo Peckham park is a great place to go with your family on the weekends to have some outdoor fun and get some fresh air. The outdoor park essentially has 3 sectors: the lake, the playground, and the putt putt course. The lake is large and is filled with fish, turtles, and ducks, and not to mention it is... More

The indoor pool is large & enjoyable. Plenty of benches for non swimmers to sit. Locker rooms are decent & the individual showers are clean.

This park is excellent. It has a stocked fishing pond that the state keeps fully stocked with all kinds of fish year round. It also has pavilions with tables, grills and electric that can be used for large parties. It also has a doggy park within were you can let your pet run free and play with other doggies.

There are few places that you can feed the ducks, see fish jumping, and see vultures around. The loop around the park is about a half mile- very easy and enjoyable. This is my favorite park in the city.

We came for a park and spent a couple of hours here. There was a great pond. The kids loved all the wild life. Played a free round of miniature golf. The course is not a super nice one like you would pay for though. But it entertained the kids. The park playground was ok. Its more geared for smaller... More

I have lived in Katy for about 15 years and go to this park on a pretty regular basis. It is such a beautiful place. Katy is very lucky to have such a nice park. It has lake, covered pavillion, adult gym, minuture golf, lots of jungle gyms for kids of all ages, olympic sized pool, baseball fields, fishing and... More

This facility, operated by the county, has an indoor pool with locker rooms and workout/weight room in addition to the park, pond, playground and mini-golf outside. They offer different types of exercise classes. Fun swim time is by reservation only, to ensure the lifeguards are not overloaded - good plan! It's all free to those who live in that county... More

This is a great place to take the family for a fun afternoon. You can feed the ducks, fly a kite, kick a ball, or just do nothing while the kids play on the playground. We always enjoy a round of mini-golf at no cost.
