The park is great. The equipment is safe and fun, plenty of shade and sunlight, and the area is well maintained. My only regular issue seems to be teenagers who have yet to be told that they are too big to play on the children's equipment. But the park is not monitored so it can not be blamed for other... Huge oak trees for shade and the dogs love to chase the many squirrels or swim in the lake. Other part of park has indoor pool with free water aerobics or yoga. Putt putt golf for kids and fishing lake.

Tons of stuff to do - lake, putt putt, playground, picnic tables, dog park next door, pool. Doesn't get much better than this on a nice day. Clean. Feels safe.

We really enjoyed the park and the numerous picnic areas. Very clean, very safe as constables were consistently patrolling.

It is a fun park but with a beautiful lake to walk. It has free putt-putt and other facilities like swimming pool, gym, etc. My family has loved this park and have always thrown parties and gathering for last few years. I would recommend this if you have extra time on hand and would like to do fun activities for... More

Downtown Old Katy. Nice lake for fishing; playground for the little ones; and, walking/jogging trails meander around the park. Park setting is wide-open. Picnic shelter with grills available.

The park we went at least twice a month. The lake was decent, I don't enjoy fishing but there are a lot of people there. The running trail is decent. It has a free miniature golf, play area for children, gym & indoor swimming pool.

Needed something to do to get the grandchildren away from their electronics. Went to the park where we were able to play miniature golf on one of two 18-hole courses. Clubs, balls and scorecards were provided - free. Park has a walking trail and fishing pond this is re-stocked every two weeks.

My husband and I enjoy this wonderfully maintained facility regularly. The gym is clean with well maintained equipment. The mile long walk around the pond is relaxing. The indoor pool is great for all ages and offers classes in everything from learning to swim to senior water aerobics. The group picnic area is great for family gatherings and birthday parties.

As grandparents, we take our grandkids to Mary Jo Peckham Park often. With two play areas, jogging trail around a large fishing pond, putt-putt golf, a Koy pond loaded with fish, an array of ducks to feed and an indoor pool, just pack a lunch and spend the day.
