This facility, operated by the county, has an indoor pool with locker rooms and workout/weight room in addition to the park, pond, playground and mini-golf outside. They offer different types of exercise classes. Fun swim time is by reservation only, to ensure the lifeguards are not overloaded - good plan! It's all free to those who live in that county... More

This is a great place to take the family for a fun afternoon. You can feed the ducks, fly a kite, kick a ball, or just do nothing while the kids play on the playground. We always enjoy a round of mini-golf at no cost.

It has toys for kids, an indoor pool, a free putt-putt course, a walking path, tons of trees, and a huge lake to fish. It is great for the whole family. Take a picnic and make a day of it.

Loved the huge pond in the middle - an oasis in busy Houston. And the big dog park next door is so much fun! Dogs splashing in and out of their own pond, and running around. It's so much fun just to go and watch them on a weekend afternoon. The park has a putt-putt course, it's free, but could... More

A lot of people were fishing. We just walked and enjoyed the experience. We saw other couples, individual joggers, and lots of families with children. We felt very safe. They have an indoors swimming pool and work-out facilities at the park. They also have children's playgrounds and golf for the kids.

A nice little suburban family getaway, Mary Jo Peckham Park is a great place to play, picnic, and otherwise relax. The generally quiet, 32 acre park is located just a walk away from a library and in back of a dog park on one of the city’s main drags, making it a convenient to Katy residents.
