I really had my hopes up but this did not live up to my expectations. It was cold the night I went so our guide skipped some of the places she apparently normally goes. We only went inside two locations but both were very quick and left very little time to take pictures. We didn't see or hear any paranormal... More

HORRIBLE RIP OFF! BEWARE!!! We purchased tickets, owner cancelled the tour. Didn't call,email,text... Just a sign at the corner of the street where you meet. She first refused to refund the tickets, then lied and said that you can't refund via PayPal, then said the check was in the mail (twice). Surprise surprise... No check. Scariest part of this tour... This lady is phenomenal and knows her stuff. Be prepared to put on comfortable shoes and stand for a long period of time as she does a lot of walking. Also be prepared to take pictures as that is a lot of fun on the walk! If you like history and enjoy a good scare that is also family friendly... More

Jodi has been doing this tour for 14+ years and is a wonderful tour guide. She relays many historical facts and current stories to that make this tour very interesting. There were approximately 50 people on this tour and so it was a bit crowded, but the overall experience was "creepy" and interesting. My tween daughter was pretty frightened going... More

I have been on ghost walks in many places including, Granberry,San Antonio, St.Ives and Lincoln this was by far the worst ghost walk I have ever had the misfortune to pay for. A complete waste of time and money. The lady leading this walk had no sense of drama or flare for story telling and very little history was shared... More

The tour is 14 dollars and meets across the street from the Jefferson Hotel at 8 PM. There were about 25 - 30 people or so in our group, rather large to really hear what is going on. Jodi is really into what she does which is great. She took us to 7 locations that are "haunted." Of those we... More

We went on the nightly ghost walk of Jefferson. We did not encounter any spirits, but we did learn a lot of historical facts about Jefferson. These facts explained why there have been so many ghost sightings here. I won't spoil it for you, you'll have to find out yourself. Maybe you will be the one who gets a spiritual... More

We were disappointed with this tour. Perhaps it was the hot weather, but to add to that, the only facility she rated as a 10 on a scale of 1-10 for hauntings was unavailable to us. The guide’s stories were interesting however; she often talked about incredible photographs taken on the walk that she “left at home.” We decided to... More

I went last weekend to the Jefferson Hotel and I took the ghost walk tour that night. It was fun and we got to go inside a few of the buildings. The lady giving the tour was just great. She showed us some pictures she had from the places she was about to show us. That made it even more... More

This ghost walk with Jodi is the best ever. We weren't able to get inside one of the buildings this time, so I'll be returning to take the tour again. At The Old Mill is where I had the freakiest experience. I shot video of it, as she was calling my husband Daniel and I to the front, she was... More
