View this cool place at night after dinner and a short walk. The lighting on it is wonderful, romantic and something to be seen.

While it is a beautiful series of sculptures, and amazing if you think about the time and energy put into their structure, it is just a line of sculptures and doesn't take a long time to read the plaques for the background information behind their construction and installation there. We tend to bring out-of-town guests there, usually late in the... More

It is beautiful to see but was a little hard to find as it brings you to a building that has a parking garage and there were no signs telling you where it is. We had to ask and then we had to ask where the museum is. Went in the museum and watched the video that expense the making... More

This sculpture is in the exterior courtyard of an office complex. The sculpture is well done and the Mustangs appear to be in full gallop as they run through a river. If in Irving, it's worth seeing.,

Cool free bit of art to see. While visiting Dallas on Spring Break we were looking for different free things to do. After a visit to pioneer plaza, I found this location and wanted to check it out. It's a huge plaza with 9 size and a half horses running through a water feature. There is also a small museum... More

Not a bad place to check out. However all there is are metal horses running in some water. Looks neat and the parking is free.

Great sculptures, even prettier at night. I would recommend visiting the Pioneer Plaza in Dallas to take pictures with the longhorns, as well.

This sculpture is magnificent - anytime day or night. The adjacent - and FREE - museum is only open limited hours, Wed-Sat, 11-4, but Mary the tour guide is incredible. She's got great info on the sculpture itself, the sculptor, but also on all sorts of other things to explore while you are in the area.

We visited the mustangs on a Saturday and the area was not at all crowded. As such we got lots of great photo ops with the sculptures. Note - take pictures! The fountains at the feet of the horses look like they're splashing through the water in a still shot.! The sculptures are detailed and wonderfuly done. From there, I'd... More
