Attended a performance of the Irving Symphony here. The theater is older but has a good atmosphere. Small lobby, large art museum display. Inside the seating is ranked well. I didn't see a bad seat anywhere. The aucustics were very impressive for the orchestra; needing no amplification. The location is a bit of the beaten path. In fact, the art... More

The Irving Arts Center is well maintained and offers various theater productions and art galleries throughout the year. As a mom that works close by, I take advantage of their Summer Art Camps for kids...they offer well rounded art instruction from dance to making sculptures.

What a great little gem for the city of Irving. The Irving Arts Center gets rotating exhibitions and also hosts live performances. In 2013 I was a volunteer docent for the Genghis Khan exhibit - and I can say from experience that the volunteer training was EXTENSIVE! So, the docents are well informed. The Genghis Khan exhibit featured the largest... More

Great little art center. Certainly not equal in volume with larger museums, but great for a quick visit. I've been a couple of times to see different exhibits. I really enjoyed it both times. Check out the art in the garden too.

A lovely facility for the Arts. Several art exhibits were up and an annual juried show was opening. There is also a theater.

This is a small museum and it is free but it offers exhibits you don't see other places. I recommend this museum unreservedly - during the week no crowds, ample parking, easy to find, peaceful atmosphere

This is a small art museum, but it still has some variety. It's worth a trip because of the free admission, but it is otherwise just average. There is no charge for parking. We missed the Peruvian gold exhibit (which apparently cost money), but we were able to see several different exhibits that filled the various hallways of the center.... More
