Description: The Corris Craft Centre, where the King Arthur's Labyrinth adventure...
The Corris Craft Centre, where the King Arthur's Labyrinth adventure starts, is a National Tourism Awards finalist in the Best Day Out in Wales 2015! This storytelling adventure is time travel at its best as you're swept underground by a mysterious hooded boatman and through a magical waterfall; your gateway to the Dark Ages and to the life and times of King Arthur.Once docked, your boatman guides you around the vast caverns and winding tunnels of the Labyrinth where you'll find ancient stories of King Arthur and other Welsh legends too. Enjoy stories of the mighty King Arthur who came out of the darkness to face formidable Saxon invaders, stories of dragons foretelling Celtic glory, of a giant so colossal he waded across the Irish Sea, of King Arthur's final battle - the Battle of Camlan and more; all brought to life through dramatic scenes, light and sound. This is a real adventure for young and old whatever the weather - a cool attraction when hot and a dry attraction when wet. Open: Daily 10am to 5pm from 23rd March to 1st November 2015

We decided to stop here to break a long journey and stayed half a day. We arrived at 1030 and went straight to the booking room for the labyrinth tour. We were able to get on the 1100 slot (when we came out it was a lot busier). The caves were good, cold and damp like it stated and low!... More

Nice selection of shops with gifts for most. The main attraction - King Arthur's Labyrinth was okay. My children enjoyed it but were not overwhelmed. We have done many better underground attractions ... The Big Pit in Wales, Blue John Mine in Derbyshire to name just two. It's alright if you are in the area. We travelled 1.5hrs each way... More

The underground King Arthur experience was very good the staff were helpful and the boat and mine walk were really good, lots to look at and listen to. It kept me, my husband & 9 & 5 year olds entertained. In the shop area the children enjoyed the chocolate making experience and I liked the idea of the candle making... More

It was an amazing experience, since you don't know what to expect. It's a reclaimed old working mine that has been converted to this Disneyland type attraction which expands your child's imagination. You'll see and hear a different version of the King Arthur story with some clever special effects. You won't regret making the trip specially that there are other... More

After waiting a while for our allotted time we finally all shuffled out into a small shed after grabbing a had hat each. We sat though a 5 minute video of a man in fancy-dress explaining whats going to happen and then a quick safety talk. Then a far less than enthusiastic member of staff collected us and rushed us... A boat ride and walk in an old mine, telling the story of King Arthur. Once off the boat you will almost RUN around the mine from scene to scene. The board staff must be on commission. Came here a few years ago with my son aged seven, he enjoyed it, came again five years later and he hated the... More
