It's important to realise this is a working NASA facility (10,000 employees?) not a theme park. Once you have this mind set, it really is inspiring to witness the ingenuity Americans have put into exploring space. The 90min tram trip is a must-do (get aboard as soon as you arrive). It makes a few stops at selected points of interest... more

This is a bit pricey, but it is a fantastic hands on place for the kids and good shows for the adults. This is alot more kid friendly than Cape Canaveral, which is better for adults. Definately pay for the drink container with free refills, was worth the price, when staying all day. more

This is a lifetime must see...teh highlight was seeing the Appollo rocket - you need to go on a small train tour, which took you to see the set-up of the room, best remembered for the Appollo 13 dramas, and probably the landing on the moon, and then you are taken to a shed, and inside is the rocket. It... more

They had the Steven Spielberg collection there and that was very cool. Famous memorabilia from all his movies . That was just the beginning! The kids had a blast in the different exibits with all types of interesting things to see regarding NASA and space. The tram is a must see. You go inside the actual room that you always... more

I should point out my wife would likely have given the attraction at least 4 stars, and one woman on our tram tour said this tour was more interesting, and a better value, than the one she took at Cape Canaveral in Florida. As with others, we were shown the old Mission Control Center. We were told the currently-used one... more

I visited the centre for one day with my husband last week whilst in town for a wedding. A day is definitely enough! I was suprised by how small the centre was and how litle there was to do given I had high expectations having visited Disney etc in the US. The place was generally quite outdated. There is enough... more

We didn' know what to expect. I was hoping to spend a couple of hours and take a short tour. This is the home of NASA. The victors center is a combination of a museum, amusement park, arcade, and food courts. Everything is expensive. A 16oz bottle of Pepsi is $3.50. It cost $5.00 to park and $37 for a... more

As an adult it was very interesting to visit and see some of the things they have on display here. As a parent I was very impressed with some of the things that kids can do. I took my 11 year old son to Houston for a trip. Before going I did some research to get ideas of things for... more

I bought the entrance ticket online, got a $5 discount and decided to throw in the audio tour for an extra $5. The latter turned out to be the best thing I have done. I missed the tram tour by a few minutes and was advised by a helpful staff to start with the Starship Gallery. It began with a... more

Dont get me wrong, this was a pretty cool place, but i have been to better museum, vistor center type places. COSI in Columbus, OH comes to mind. Also, the price of $34 with the on line discount seems a little steep for what you get. All in all though, its a pretty cool place. A lot of little kids... more
