Saw a performance of Helen Keller (The ultra socialist with communist sympathies later in her life, although the play doesn't mention this!) Good actors, pleasant venue, nothing ultra fancy but a nice way to spend an evening!

We recently attended the A.D. Players' production of "The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe". Two outstanding actors played multiple parts and kept a room full of children and adults spell-bound for a 1-hour performance. The theater is small and intimate and the entertainment is outstanding. Highly recommended!

We recently attended Over The River & Through The Woods and enjoyed the performance so much that we immediately renewed our season tickets. Each production we have attended here is better than the previous. Always an enjoyable nite.

I have visited this theater twice during the fall of 2013. The pre-show experiences for both were miserable as we were all packed in the small lobby like a bunch of sardines. There was no reason to keep your guests packed in like cattle in a cattle car on the way to the butcher. The second visit was so bad... More

This was very disappointing!!! Boring and bordered on being sacreligious. I have always enjoyed the productions here but will think again about returning.

Thank you for your review of your experience at our theater. Just returned from seeing the latest play at the long-time theater A.D. Players; "Gold, Frankincense, Christmas Tree Ornaments, and Myrh". I remember (not too long ago) when this theater actually had really, really good shows that were entertaining, funny, and always played to a packed house! Not this show!! It was only 1/2 full, and half the people there were... More

This was by far the worst theater I have ever been to! And I've been to over 40 different theaters across the country. The actors do a poor job and the plays they put on are packed with repetitive 'humor' which isn't funny the first time, let alone the thirtieth.

AD Players provides a unique aspect to a city filled with theater options. It is small and intimate, and the productions I have attended have been excellent. We have always enjoyed their children's theater productions as well.
