We were in Houston for a conference and were told the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo was Houston's premiere event and a "must do." So we did it. The tickets were very reasonable. For $18 each, we gained admittance to a very large carnival, a fun rodeo, and a great concert (The Band Perry). It was a great value. The... More

Went to Houston to visit family and this stadium is one of the largest I have been to. I did Not like the escalators that you had to get on to get to the top of the stadium but somehow I made it. Food was typically high priced as is any stadium food but nice variety and a good amount... More

Fabulous venue for a rodeo - great sightlines - excellent concessions - very clean. The annual Houston Rodeo is a must see for anyone in town during Match - quite economical and lots to do at the exhibition area not to mention the post rodeo concerts. Only issue is tiny escalators to the upper sections - limited capacity so you... More

Very nice stadium and staff were very friendly. Parking can be an issue, plan ahead. Not bad to get to from interstate.

What a fun time we had at this venue! The stadium was filled with all kinds of exhibitors with a western theme. It was fun to see all of these as we are from Wisconsin and don't have these types of shows; the State Fair yes but not quite the same. We saw THE biggest candy store we have ever... More

Visited three times for the Houston Rodeo and concerts and what an experience it turned out to be. Never to be forgotten. Eric Church concert and Pitbull what more can you say. Compared to the UK they have it all going with everything on hand. Well informed staff, great facilities. Entry & Access easy, car parking on the doorstep. Just... More

Very nice venue. Most people, staff and visitors alike, were very pleasant, except for one jerk who was very rude and obnoxious while waiting for the tram to take us back to the parking lot. Needs more areas for people who have physical issues requiring occasional rest to "sit for a spell."

So disappointed with the experience. Going on the last day was not a good idea. There were no animals to view, as they were in process of tearing down the livestock area. The vendors were extremely overpriced. The Carnival was a complete rip off and even more expensive. The carnival ride tickets were 100 for $50. Now that may seem... More

Parking Lot with metro included $20 . Small kids have fun at "Fun on the Farm", teens love the crazy rides, lots of things to do; however is more expensive than go to Disney, since the rides can take up to 14 tickets per person. Camel and pony ride (2 laps) $8.00 each. If you want to eat a burger... More
