The day pass ($17/per person) is way over priced for such a small aquarium. It took us 10 minutes to walk through the aquarium. There was not much to see. There was a couple of white tigers in the aquarium. It did not make sense. There were 4 rides outside. The line was very long. It did not worth the... more

The restaurant is nice and has a wonderful aquarium but the food is very expensive. Lunch for 3, which included one lunch fish entre, a cheeseburger and a child's plate was over $55. The fee for the outside attractions is high and only included a few of the attractions. It did not cover the costs for the games, which is... more

We just finished dinner at the Downtown Aquarium. The best part of the dinner was watching the fish! The waiter was 1st class. Very attentative and knowledgable, Unfortunately, nothing was able to distract us from the food. The fish was tough, dried out and almost ineddible. Fish and chips needed water to swallow! Fries were ok. The fish must have... more

Well I went a long time ago like last summer then I'm going again tomorrow. I think that this place IS very attarctive and anyone will enjoy it. Its been along time since I've went and the truth is that we did not have any dining. We were actually just there for the kids. It is expensive but exteremely fun!... more

The resturant is great. We sipped artisan martinis and watched tropical fish swim around our booth. This place is expensive. Your going go to enjoy the resturant for a special occasion or something similar. more

If you get there and the parking lot sign says FULL and the attendant allows you in, be ready for a dissapointment. When we finally ( 4 rounds) found a car leaving we had to "play chicken" with another coming in the oppsite direction that arrived later to get the parking space. We went in and purchased an all day... more

First of all, the ONLY thing i can say good about this place is that it was clean...... It cost $51 for me, my husband and my 2 year old to get the "All day pass", (you are there for about an hour..) that's also after you pay $6-$8 for parking. So there goes sixty bucks. The "exhibits" are awful!... more

The aquarium is right in the hustle and bustle of downtown. You get awesome views of the skyline from the ferris wheel. We went during the week and there were maybe 50 people there total! Much nicer than the aquarium in Corpus! We enjoyed the exhibits, especially the white tiger! Good way to kill a few hours! more

Strongly felt the aquarium had lack of sea life. Expensive for viewing the entire museum in 1 hour. Don't plan to make this a day trip! more

Normally I do not write reviews, etc. but this is definitely an exception!! My family visited the Downtown Aquarium just yesterday and I have to say that our experience was awesome!! I have visited larger exhibits but I think that the hospitality that the employees exibited, the cleanliness of the park ,along with the exhibitions themselves were excellent! We visited... more
