Went on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. It was cloudy, muggy and spitting rain when we arrived. Pretty good crowd had already arrived by the time we got there, around 1:30, or so. You have your choice of a pint glass, and three tokens, for beer, or a 9 oz. glass, and four tokens. Beer last new were short and... More

Only tried one beer and it was just average. My son lives the beer here so some of it must be good. I had the chicken pizza and it had some interestingly good flavors but was very salty. We sat outside next to a very loud table of obnoxious men, kinda ruins our conversation.

Spent the afternoon at Karbach Brewing in April, before the restaurant portion opened. Got a private tour with our guide - very knowledgable about beer and the short history of this brewery. Tiny gift shop at the time. Bought the tasting glass & chatted about the wacky beer names with our host, who gladly described the different beers. A covered... More

I'm definitely not a fan of craft beer - can't stand the taste, and Karbach has the worst tasting beer I've ever drunk. How people can stand drinking that slop is beyond me. I've been to the brewery twice, have had two of their brands, and the taste is still lousy. For better beer go across the street to the... More

Went for the Poutine which is a great dish from Quebec. Chef discontinued, but did not update website. Both waiter and mgr said it was one of their most popular dishes. Ordered a beer which was just OK. Tried the gnocci and it was one of the worst dishes I have had anywhere. Ricotta gnocci with hazelnut sauce that tasted... More

After hitting most of the breweries around here I finally hit karbach. Never been a huge fan of their beers....they areal solid, but nothing outstanding or memorable in my opinion. The brewery itself is really devoid of personality and really had no distinct vibe to it...a tent and some picnic tables in a shabby industrial area. The big turnoff for... More

Visited here with our adult sons. Nice beer selection and we all enjoyed our choices. The food was good and ample - we all left food on our plates. I prefer dark beers and the one I had was very smooth. They have outdoor seating as well, and seemed to accommodate a wide variety of parties. Would definitely return here!

We went Sunday afternoon for some drinks and late lunch. We started with some beers and the poutine. Which was great. The server was very nice and kept bringing different sample- great idea I ended up getting more beers than I planned. We got some of the Korean fried chicken which was my highlight - wow! This reminded me of... More

When we arrived we thought we must surely be in the wrong place as it is in a very industrial area. Once you walk back to the brewery, it is worth the trip! We took the brewery tour which comes with tokens for glasses of beer to try some their many different brews. The tasting area is tenting to protect... More

Great pints here but the food here is the standout. Loved the Korean Chicken and the Fish and Chips. The patio area is really relaxing a great place to drink on a nice summers day.
