Kids had fun; food pretty awful but you aren't there for food

I brought my son and his sisters and a cousin to have fun for my son's birthday (not an organized party.) We paid $26.99 per person for unlimited buffet and rides, and some... read more

Went for a spring break treat. Ate at a restaurant before we went so we didn't have to eat their buffet of frozen prefab food. When checking in at the front counter, found out we were to be charged for adult buffets in order to get in. We didn't need to eat, but was told they had no way of... More

The food is not so great, the price to get into the place is high, but the kids love it, so its a wash. Try and get the pizza as it comes out others=wise its horrible. Tums is suggested either way. LOL good luck.

I brought my son and his sisters and a cousin to have fun for my son's birthday (not an organized party.) We paid $26.99 per person for unlimited buffet and rides, and some credit towards video games. Does not include bowling. The buffet was horrible - we got there at 6 pm, and the buffet closes at 8 pm (even... More

Houston has very few places and things to do for teenagers. There's Splashtown and It'z and that's about it. When kids are younger but old enough to safely run around on their own. mom can go sit and eat and watch a movie. Food areas could be a little cleaner but with that many kids running around and helping their... More

We asked grand kids (7&11) where they wanted to go. This is what they wanted to do; having been for birthday parties. We went on Thursday 5-7. Approximately $62. Kids eat free on Thur. We purchased unlimited game pass.(approx $28) Hindsight, we should have gotten The big deal ($26)for the younger one who wanted to win tickets from playing games.... More

iT’Z is an entertainment and dining establishment complete with games, food, prizes, and fun, similar to the larger and better known chains like Chuck E. Cheese and Dave & Busters. We all know the routine at these types of places: Families dine together, play some games, enjoy a few rides, and then cash in tickets for prizes. Starting with the... More

You MUST buy a meal in order to enter for EVERY person in your party. The pizza stinks. Cardboard crusts with minimal toppings. If busy time, it is noisier than a 767 taking off. Usually you have to hunt down staff to get clean plates, cups or silverware. Having various theme rooms to eat in is nice. Not a lot... More
